Has anyone actually been paid? Owed money and can’t cash it out :( supposed to wait almost 2 months before u can cash out then when time is ready they won’t let u actually withdraw. ?

I'm just getting started with trying to get used to the company and I honestly haven't been enough work to give an accurate explanation for my experience with this company but I will be able to participate within a few days I love how easy it is to get all the information up front and the membership is affordable..

I went to perform my first review after setting up my acct on restaurant.com, the establishment stated they did not accept discounted coupons. When I chatted on the website it took several minutes to receive a response, so long I left before they answered. Lastly, my bank card was hacked as soon as I tried to complete the required steps in order to perform my first review.

Sorry I haven’t started yet but I always like to give the benefit of the doubt a good rating

Nothing happened everything is fine excellent support and I'm looking poking forward to working with the company for as long as I can.

I got frustrated after 4 months and cancelled. The restaurant list is not kept up to date. I got tired of restaurants being closed, changed names or did not accept the certificate.
It shouldn’t be that difficult.

It’s a good idea but it doesn’t work. At least not yet. Even in their backyard, there are very few restaurants available and many of those listed don’t accept it anymore. I told Corporate which ones were not accepting or out of business, but they still appear as available. I learned to call the business beforehand to find out if they still take restaurant.com. Of the ones that are still in business, barely half still accept them. Do you guys even have a sales team?
This actually worked for me because I travel a ton so I was able to try different places in different cities. Same problem outside of Utah. About half of them are out of business or do not accept any more.
Last problem. After I had earned $600, I was informed I need to fill out a W9. I do not see that anywhere in your terms. That’s what got me to quit. I also had to forfeit $135 I had earned. Not cool.

I just signed up to be a secret shopper a few days ago, so I am unable to rate my total experience yet. However, getting started was incredibly easy, and I felt safe and confident doing it.

Perfect I find this to very interesting. Definitely a wonderful experience.

Observati is set up to make you successful from the start. I haven't yet done my first review, because this past weekend was crazy. But I feel confident to do one this week. From the very start they supplied me with written step by step instructions and videos. I thought the written steps said it all, but I implore you to watch the videos. Observati has done a wonderful job taking out all the guesswork with their thorough videos showing exactly how to use the website, and when to jump to the restaurant.com app and how to use gift cards. They did a wonderful job throughout the setup and education process, now I just need to go eat!

Recently joined. So far so good

The program works well so far. I haven't actually gotten paid for my jobs yet, but I started a week ago. I'm hopeful that it will work up to my expectations.
The website is user friendly, but I wish there was a mobile app.
The reviews are easy to submit.

I had questions about the use of premium restaurants every 90 days. My question was provided and answer that still was not clear to me so I sent another email reforming my question, to which I received the answer I was seeking. I watched the tutorial and will probably a couple times more before starting to make sure I have a complete understanding of procedure.

So far everything has been great. I just received my sticker today and can’t wait to place it

I just signed up and cannot wait to do my first restaurant. Some additional clarity would be helpful to get that first time coupon used. I am not sure how they will respond, when to tell them I have it or if they will accept it

The website was very easy to sign up on. It is clear where to find available jobs and easy to activate them. I have not yet done a shop, but excited to do so. I also love that gift cards are available for restaraunt.com to make my shops more affordable to me.
