For being new to this platform I can honestly say- " So far so good." The solidarity and professionalism is impressive and there hasn't been a time where I didn't know what to do, what was expected if me, etc.. I'm grateful to be a part of the vibe and great food. .

Although I am still getting my head wrapped around this system, everything I have come across seems to be user-friendly, has clear instructions and is easy to look at.

Do not waste your time and money on this company. I was charged to do the shop with the promise that my $10 would be returned on the first shop. I was also charged to have the ability to suggest new shops for consideration. A service I was later told didn't exist. I did my shop and turned in my review which they claim I never did. They said they were returning my $14.97 and $19.00 which they did. If this company wants to stay in business they need to get their act together and become legit. Reported to BBB.

It requires too much effort to use the service. For instance, why do we have to have 2 separate accounts? One for restaurant.com and one for observati? Due to this fact, there's a very lengthy youtube video we must look at in order to complete the process. Also, there are some restaurants on the dashboard of certain zip codes that are not available on the restaurant.com site. I feel that the process should be revised and restaurant availability should be updated regularly so as not to cause confusion.

They are helpful of what you have to do to get paid and they are there step by step and have different methods you can try if you dont know what to do next.

This is a general review of my interactions with the team. I havent reviewed a restaurant yet. I'll do that next.

1. Communication 4/5 - They have been very good with communication and support.

2. Organization 4/5 - The company is growing, so some mistakes will be made, but this doesn't make me think less of them.

3. Transparency 4/5 - As long as they keep doing a good job of listening to observers and considering our opinions, the company will have success.

It was super easy to sign up and the pay is awesome. If I need anything all I have to do is contact someone and they get right back to me pretty quick

This is a very easy application to download and use and apply for I like the opportunities that you have. I would recommend this to everybody that I know.

Honestly I'm just getting started with this company and I'm really excited, so far all the email communication and corresponding has been excellent and on point. So I can't really give a review other then that but I'm very pleased so far and it makes me excited get started.

I signed up because I also have your STICKR LOGO ON MY BACK WINDSHIELD. So I thought I would make extra money, but I signed up, with you before I sent my first picture of your decal to STICKR, so I’m not sure, if I will still get credit for me signing up with your program. I hope I do..

So far I think the secret shopper program is great. I did find it a bit confusing trying to get the gift card redeemed at the restaurant website. I'm still working on getting my advertising sticker for my car with the other company. I have not been out on my first secret shopper visit yet but will be soon.

The company has given a bunch of surveys, but I haven't seen any results yet. Only a lot of spam stuff. So having to weed thru the junk mail to find current survey

fast, easy , flexible, and fun experience

I’m very new here but I’ve read all instructions, and followed through. Instructions were easy to understand and carry out. I understand there is a policy and guidelines to follow, and I will do my best to write reviews, take photos or videos and submit correctly.

It wil be great once I get my Stcker. Everyone has been supportive and very kind.

In reality, I am new here and have only done one review but do not expect to hear if I was successful or not - (it seems that Starbucks may take up to 5 days to let me know.) As to wandering through all the minutia of following multiple directions I am not the, greatest however whoever has been the one at your company who has walked me through he (she) is the greatest.
