I think the lessons are great!
I think the lessons are great! However, the reason I gave it four stars is because I’d rather use an app than cipher through hundreds of emails I get in a day. It’s easy to lose track of it daily and to recall on a busy day.

Great tool and I recommend it
I am quite amazed by the profound influence the selfesteem.app has had on my personal growth. I thought that when you are grown up, you are who you are and nothing can help you basically. This app has changed my life in a matter of two days.. literally. I was on the verge of giving up on everything in my life… until I stumbled across the SelfEsteem website. The journal activities have really helped me to see what was going on in my head. I’m a classic over thinker so journaling saves me all the time. I now find myself journaling 2-3 times daily. I can FEEL my confidence and self esteem being repaired just by using this app. It’s a must try

Complete scam
Complete scam, do not waste your money. The program you have to write it by yourself and they refuse to give back the money.
In the end I got my money back from PayPal but if It was for them they would not refund although they say they will If someone doesn't like the program. I will not change my review as I think they are scammers, they keep blackmailing me because they wish this review disappears.

Fraud
I will be reporting to the Canadian fraud agency today.
Update: Not only is there no app but the process of talking to the company is slow and ridiculous. You get daily emails (delayed from when you purchase so you spend money without any product whatsoever) with information I could have looked up myself on the internet. They clearly spent a lot of the money they stole from people on their marketing. I did report the company to both the Canadian fraud agency and Google for false advertisement. I received a small refund which did not cover all I spent. They are targeting vulnerable people which I think is absolutely detestable. They also flagged my review as “false” to trust pilot making me submit a whole lot of documentation proving my experience to be “verified” which was annoying. I suspect the positive reviews here are bots because there is no way any real person enjoyed or got anything from this bogus product.

Ein passender Plan mit viel Background, Impulsen und Möglichkeiten der Umsetzung und Selbstreflexion .
