I like the short lessons for everyday. It is very convenient and doable to complete a lesson in under 10 minutes. Over time, that really adds up and makes a difference in the healing process.

I tried therapy, and it didn't work as well because somehow my people pleasing took over, I wanted her to be happy that she was making progress and so I just said what she wanted to hear. The selfesteem app has givien me another option, now I'm trying to make me happy, and so im learning about me and responding in ways that I know will help me in the long run.

I enjoy this app. There are quite a bit of worksheets to do. Give it a try.

I am very excited! I didn't believe any application could really help me in such a fundamental matter, but I was curious. Now I am every day looking forward to this journey of discovery! Some tasks were mind blowing for me! I think I uncovered something new and wonderful!

I have sent emails as they requested and it's been over a week and no one has responded. I send one email a day!

First of all, this is NOT an APP. It's just an email subscription.
It's a daily "newsletter" with information (scientific, it's true) on psychology.
Not something breakthrough, interactive or something that is difficult to find online for free.
I recognize the effort, but overall the outcome is rather discouraging.
Also, it's a bit funny or peculiar thing the bargaining "feature" when you do not proceed with the purchase at first, but then decide to go on. It's almost like begging for your money, but the low cost probably reflects the low quality of the program.

Havin troubles with my self esteem for a long time , but the app is a usefull tool to work on it. I’m very happy that I gave it a chance, now that I get much more stability and and self love out of the practice.

This website has true potential. The testing/screening phase of the aet up was very thorough and I am finding the resources very helpful. Looking forward to keep improving with the help of the app!

the self-esteem app has been a tremendous asset in my personal growth journey. Daily lessons are well-structured and impactful. A definite recommendation for those seeking to overcome insecurities

I love the intention and idea behind the app. But it would be great to have free features for users to enjoy. And monthly subscription will increase that friction for users to use a new app.

I was falsely made to believe it was an app (a lot of the literature uses the terminology app) so I purchased it expecting to be able to access it all via an app.
When told I would have to download other apps to do this, I asked for a refund to be told that the whole pack has been released. I've barely had 3 sent to me in over a week (again naively thinking I would get daily tasks to complete which is definitely not the case).

I am massively disappointed and will not even engage with this poorly sold "app". Complete waste of money and time debating whether I should purchase or not.

Will steer clear of anything from this company and will ensure others who are thinking of it do so too.

Took the test out of curiosity. Though I checked the box that said I don't have any childhood trauma and I disagreed with stereotypical negative self talk that was provided on the test, I got a low rank and a great offer by the app's owner who promised to fix that. The test is absolutely ridiculous and a scam. Thank you, but no thank you.

Edit: I took the quiz 3 times, giving different answers. The results came out the same (23%) every time. There's no way that this is any confusion. The results must be staged to pursue the potential customers into buying the program.

I have struggled with my self esteem for a long time, as long as I can remember. But this program helped me a lot. I like the quick tasks which helped me build healthy coping mechanisms for my stress and anxiety. The content and tips on successful mental health management gave me a sense of control over my own emotions

This is definitely a SCAM!

Sends you one email the first day! Claims you need to DUMB stuff on their APP! Doesn't tell you where the app is to download! Then when you try to find the app, you have to do the whole test again and pay again because there IS no app, and there IS no membership! It's just a clever scam for the vulnerable! BE WARE!
PS UPDATE: I've been talking to their team to ask for a refund and they are refusing the refund as well. So be extra careful.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This is a complete scam which is so cruel considering people are trying to improve their self esteem.
After signing up and paying i received just one email telling me to journal in the ‘brain dump’ feature of the app. I emailed the company asking how to download the app and why I didn’t get asked to make an account? The reply told me that I needed to download a different journaling app for this task and there currently isn’t an ‘app’ they are working on it. You get the same results no matter what answers you give in the quiz. 23% like everyone else. I received no further correspondence from them - no daily tasks or worksheets - nothing. It doesn’t exist. I can’t believe someone would do this to people. Its truely disgusting.

I have received emails from Self-Esteem but did not receive any of the workbooks I ordered with my subscription; when I reached out by email, twice, I was never responded to even though they advertise responding to all emails within 24-72 hours even on weekends. I am also concerned by the lack of details I have (is my plan paid for in full or do I need to cancel at some point? Are the emails I am receiving unique to me? I provided very few details so how can they have personalized it?). I have no hate for the company, I just wish I could have my questions answered and I feel as though I am being ignored!

I was contacted by the company on Dec 24/23. They apologized for the delay and offered me a refund or an 'expedited resolution'. I asked for a refund and received this in less than 24 hours. I was then offered the workbooks free of charge.
I am so pleased with how this has ended. I think there is still a lot of areas for improvement (an emailed receipt, an account that allows you to see your membership, purchase history, more details on what you have paid for/is offered etc.). But the professional correspondence and resolution that was offered, makes me think that this company cares about its customers and is working to improve.

Great app to help you with self-esteem. I find the Self Esteem app very helpful. I look forward to my morning email with an exercise to complete daily. :)

The process of working on my self esteem has been good so far. I hope to achieve self respect for myself at least.
After reviewing the other reviews, it worries me that the app will charge more than it should and it is not going to go well for me as the payment that was already made is high as per the standards of my country. Looking forward to finishing my jurney!
