Do not recommend
Do not recommend, after signing up for a 3 month subscription I was charged a second time 3 months later, They took over $100 from my account, said the subscription wasn’t cancelled even though I only signed up for 3 months and had already payed the payment upfront, refuse to help but here’s a 20% refund, smells like a scam to me. Not happy,
Update December 2023 I woke up to an email from the company offering a full refund for my original over charge. I am happy with this outcome but it shouldn’t have taken 4 months and a bad review.

A scam
I payed for the initial purchase and got some material in the first few days and then it stopped coming. And after 3 months i got a charge for 69 euros, which was never mentioned and I did not agree to this. I wrote them that I want to cancel my subscription and I that I want a refund for the last charge, which is completely unwarannted, since they are not sending any material anyway, but they are not replying and their e-mail adress apparently does not exist. It is a scam and I do not know how to get out of it. If anyone has any idea, I would really appreciate it.

Scam
Scam. It is not an “app.” I can’t use on my iPhone. I’ve contacted them for a refund, but no reply. When you sign up, you commit to recurring charges. The emails address comes from California, but my credit card charge incurred an international fee.
“Lily” will likely respond with how disappointed she is because they strive to blah, blah, blah.
I’m going to contact the Attorney General, because this needs to get shut down fast.

Good app to gain foundational knowledge and a kick start to self love journey
Selfesteem app has already made just a difference. I feel more confident and focused on myself rather than constantly comparing myself to others. I am currently studying psychotherapy and this app has been a very lovely addition to allow me to be my authentic self and learn to live without a mask on. Thank you x

So far it’s been a great experience
Update: as of Sept 11, it’s been two weeks since I’ve deleted the app because I literally could not move past lesson 19. The “app” keeps freezing and glitching and no one from support will reach out to me and troubleshoot after numerous attempts of contact. Needs work because it’s a great concept with a lot of helpful exercises. I can’t understand why I can’t contact a support team. Disappointing
So far it’s been a great experience. I really feel like I’m digging deeper with every new lesson. I’m excited for who I’ll become once I’m done with the complete program.

Impressive Experience
So far, my experience with the Self Esteem app has been great. I didn't have high expectations, but it really surprised me how well written the sections were, and how thought provoking. Honestly, I sat there, thinking, "Wow!" many more times than I imagined because something clicked in my mind and made me realize something. And anyone who knows anything about psychology is aware that revelations are the first step to healing. I don't know what drew me here. It popped up on my Pinterest when I was in a low mood. I didn't think of myself as someone with low self esteem. I have had past childhood trauma and struggle with procrastination and anxiety. This app has helped me to realize that my internal voice is my mother and despite walking away 20 years ago, I've continued to let her make me feel like I'm not doing enough. I have a lot of pride, so that's a tough notion to swallow. I have to learn to be kinder to myself. Since I am not the kind of person to go to therapy and share anything with a random stranger, this app is helping me to get through these steps on my own, in my spare time.

Total scam. Won't refund money!
I never received access to the digital content. All requests to reset password were met with accusations I wasn't using their website correctly. They don't actually use an 'app', just a website that you're supposed to use on your phone.
I requested a refund and they stated because it is digital content they can only refund 30%. Even though I never actually received access to any of it.
I refuted the charge through my CC company. They are in Lithuani! Buyer beware.
UPDATE: They are threatening to remove my review and want me to continue to talk to their support. I have SEVERAL emails where they not only did not address the issue, they refused to offer a refund. I NEVER had access to the content. Only AFTER my credit card company went after them and disputed the charges did they finally relinquish and offer a refund, but by then my CC company had already reversed the charges without question. Seems they've had to do this before with this company, so my statement still stand:
BUYER BEWARE!!!

I’ve been on the healing journey for a…
I’ve been on the healing journey for a while, but for some reason i kept hitting emotional dead ends when it came to understanding my core essence. This app really helps me wiggle out the important aspects of my social relationships and self esteem in a way that feels calm and directed, yet fresh and the user interface is very approachable. I’ve been trying to do a few lessons a day to maximize my one month subscription and i feel like its really been worth it. I’ve kind of been avoiding therapy because i felt like they were a bit too simple and i could manipulate them to not see the deeper issues. I like the wording of this app, feels intimate, imploring but not attacking or degrading. They knew they’re purpose, stuck to, it and its nice to be able to do this with just myself instead of having noise from a head talking to me when all these emotions are drudging up from the questions. I’m also more of a writer anyway so it felt pretty refreshing to have journal prompts given to me. I feel myself healing my self esteem and concept and it feels really good to have a simplistic yet well-though out app service that does the trick. worth it, especially if you are not feeling the best all the time and want that idea of someone to talk to without actually talking to another human, even though good things are in your life and/or you need a pick me up to embark on a new chapter by reconnecting to your authentic self.

I start just 3 days ago and I introduced it to my morning routine before yoga and meditation to set goals for the day and improve my relationship with myself and others. I find the content interesting and the illustration beautiful.
