No response from customer service
App is useful, but no response from the customer service regarding cancelations (I’ve sent 3 emails over the last two weeks). I see that people are having similar issues. This is my another attempt to get in contact with somebody that would be able to assist me with this.
UPDATE - I have received a response here on Trustpilot (down below), and sent another email (5th so far) regarding the cancelation and still no answer (but somebody is answering to reviews on here). Make it make sense. Very disappointing.

Lots of activities to get me thinking and to practise being flexible in thought.
Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I can’t find information on whether I subscribed for 1 month without a further payment/deduction or whether I’m going to have an automatic deduction next month. It’s not simple to find like an Apple app subscription, for example.

Daily Reminder
It is a good daily reminder to keep going on this journey of self positivity. I actually have bought a small journal to write in everyday. It helps to actually write down answers for the daily exercises. This is all new to me but I know I need this for my relationship with my wife and especially for myself! I'm grateful that I found this app!!

I am enjoying the app but there are problems
I am enjoying the app, but sometimes it does not work, it won’t let me pull up the next lesson or all the features won’t work. Eventually (a few days later) all of the features will work; but it should work immediately each time.

I am a recovering alcoholic
I am a recovering alcoholic. I began drinking to help me with low self esteem and social anxiety. Now that I'm sober I have to learn how to actually work on my issues rather than covering them up with alcohol. This App is giving me the tool's and insight I need to overcome these issues.I highly recommend it to anyone suffering with low self esteem.

App that really opens up your eyes
This app is so easy to use and not overwhelming to complete my daily tasks. Setting aside a quick 10 minutes each morning helps me take what I’ve learned that day and apply it throughout my experiences for the remainder of the day. Would recommend to help uncover your inner self esteem.

I paid $70 for a 3-month experience and…
I paid $70 for a 3-month experience and received only 13 emails. Then I emailed them and got no reply, but I got the emails starting from Day 1 again. It's Day 38 so far and I'm half expecting it to stop soon because the first time I contacted the "Team" I didn't get a reply and today I got charged $104 even after paying the whole amount up front!! Thankfully, my credit card doesn't support that transaction for some reason, but it confirms my suspicion that it's definitely a scam. They post no address on their website or a phone number. Their Insta account should be banned.

So i’m on a self healing journey as well as finding my place in adult hood as I keep getting older ALSO for healthier relationships and I have shared these with my counselor and she seems to have nothing but positive hopes for this to work and she thinks it will help a lot.

This is a scam
I bought the app and the upsale 3m and yearly membership and eBooks after seeing an advert on Pinterest for childhood trauma. What I received was a login to a page with 90 exercises. The 90 exercises do not cover a 3 months or year membership.
As soon as I logged in and noticed this I tried to contact the seller and there was no clear way to contact seller or cancel the membership.
Then I thought maybe after doing an exercise it'll tell me something about the plan and membership. I did an exercise and nothing, and tried two others which were literally useless as I didn't even do them those were already part of my daily routine and to read a text on the app. I already journal and meditate, etc. From those 3 exercise there was nothing regarding childhood trauma or anything.
Eventually I found an contact email, I sent an email and never received a reply from seller.
As I bought through PayPal I raised a case to request refund. The response from the seller is that it is a digital service therefore no refund is possible. I have sign up to many different apps before and all have a number of days for you to get a refund if you are dissatisfied. Forcing someone that hate what you offer to stay just brings bad reviews after all.
I raised the case again with PayPal as on the app there is no membership, there are a set number of exercise and no yearly or 3m membership what so ever. The seller is literally stealing from the customer. Moreover, they don't even send a broken down invoice with the details from the transaction.
If I could give negative stars I would. This is a scam.
I am still fighting for a refund via PayPal of the memberships I bought.
I would never recommend this app and seller to anyone.

Horrible scam
Horrible scam! Not an “app” more like sporadic and random emails. I only signed up for a month to try it out and have been emailing (because no phone number) to cancel the other fraudulent charge on my credit card. I’ve gotten no response from the company. The emails were insightful but not the “personalized program” they promise. Don’t waste your money.

Good but felt very “school-ish”
I feel like there’s a lot of good principals and information. But it feels very textbook & homework like. I’m not really sure how it could be any different but if you could find a good way to make it a little more interactive & fun would be good :)
