Phil Ogden turned up to pick it up, very pleasant man. Knew what he was doing and what he was looking at and made the whole experience very easy.
Also done what they said and transferred the money before loading the bike.

Had a good time with Michael selling my bike. Arrived in good time (slightly early!), was very professional and made things quick and easy. No quibble about the price and it was all sorted in a flash, money was in my account before I could even open the banking app. Great work!

Phil made everything super easy for my grandad, bike had a few issues but Phil explained everything and showed me the problems so we could see everything, we both understand and was happy with the price change
