Response to damaged item is disappointing. After over 2 weeks there is still no resolution.
Thank you for your response to my review, however you were made aware of the issue by email on the 15th (not the 25th of July) of which you responded on the 17th July saying you had forwarded the details to the seller. To date (2 weeks later) it is not resolved.

Disappointed
We ordered and paid for product on 17th July, I haven’t had any communication or confirmation from Shabby when it will be delivered. Not good and now I will be on holiday from next week.

Disappointed
Disappointed that chair legs do not sit flush with the floor. Screws were missing so had to reorder 2 sets of screws and washers. Good prompt delivery.
Otherwise happy with chairs.

No communication. My order has not even been processed. Was ordered on the 29th and still showing nothing and only your order is confirmed. Its for a birthday present and looks like they are not going to have it in time now. Appalling.

Item arrived looking different from the…
Item arrived looking different from the website. The photos on the website did not show the top of the table and the colour of the wood was not as shown. It was much lighter than the colour shown and the quality wasn't good. The company advised I would have to pay to return the table at a cost of £75. Terrible customer experience, would not recommend this company

High quality chairs, great company to deal with.
After a slight delay in delivery,due to supply and no fault of Shabby, I received my order. The chairs are extremely good quality and easy to assemble, legs just bolt on with supplied fixings. Very happy customer, definitely recommend.
