Not received yet
Ordered my product on 2nd June. Despite online saying in stock and estimated delivery as 5th. I’ve still not received the chairs. Apparently it will be at least another week. No comment on quality of product as I’ve not had them yet

Garden seat
The product, a garden half-moon seat is a great product, sturdy construction and well made. Assembly was simple.
When ordered, it was listed as in stock with delivery 29-31 May 2023. A reminder email sent in early June resulting in delivery on 7 June with an email informing of imminent delivery 4 hours after delivery.
5 stars for the seat reduced to 4 because of slow delivery

shabby by name and shabby by nature
Box was squashed on arrival, no fittings to build the chair, no protective wrap on any of the parts leading to marks all over the fabric base, the metal legs where they crossed had been missed during welding / shabby by name and shabby by nature !!

Have not received my purchase
Have not received my purchase, you can not speak to a human being to arrange a delivery, and you get allocated a date which in my case is when I am on holiday, the courier says they will leave the set in a safe place but would rather be in to check on the delivery!!!!!! You can not even speak to a human courier!!!!!!!!!!

You placed your order May 2, 2023 at 9:26 pm, so was ordered with the suppliers on the 3rd. The order is delivered in 5-7 working days direct from a supplier who book the delivery in directly with yourself. Today would be the 5th working day due to the UK bank holidays and working days do not include weekends. I can see your order has been dispatched and their specialist couriers will be in contact shortly.
