Extremely poor service. Item never arrived and several emails have gone unanswered.

I ordered on 16 October 2024. 2 emails later and still received nothing. There is no telephone number to contact them and no response to my mails. If there is a problem - the least they could do is tell me. One can only assume that it is a scam ......

Item i ordered says on Royal mail that it was delivered but i never received my order. This was 3 weeks ago. I emailed them countless times but no response. No number to contact. I didnt get my money back.

Item ordered on 9 October. 3 weeks later and it has still not arrived. I have emailed the company a number of times but they do not respond. Basically, my money was stolen. Avoid this company.

Never received my order and never received the refund. I lost £70.

I ordered three items in July and returned two. I have not received a refund for the returned goods. I have emailed many times and received one response asking for proof of postage which I sent. They have not been in touch since. I would use you to avoid using this company which I’m sorry about because the products I received were very good quality. Unfortunately, the non existent customer service/support means it is not worth the risk.

Ordered product in July but it was never delivered. Emailed several times but no response.

Ordered an item on 24th August, expected to be delivered by 29th Aug-2nd sept. Almost 2 weeks later and the item still hasnt been delivered. Followed the tracking number sent with order confirmation email and Royal mail say "we're expecting it." Sent emails but got ONE reply asking for my order number to which I replied and still not heard anything. I can't get a refund because they're asking for the item to be sent back.... but i don't have the item to start with! Not impressed with the service because I was expecting to wear it at an event.

Ordered some shapewear 16th July 2024 and paid extra for fast delivery as I wanted it for a wedding. Still haven’t received my item and have emailed them 3 times! They even sent me a thank you for my order initially, but nothing since. Still being bombarded with advertisement emails but nothing from customer service!!
Will be spreading the word all over social media!

Product were as described and delivered as promised.

The product I ordered first came promptly, but was not a very good fit for me so I returned it and asked for an exchange. I was immediately refunded the difference in price. Due to my own error there was a delay in my return reaching the company (I didn’t follow the instructions!) so I emailed, and Lyn kindly arranged for the new product to be sent the next day at no extra charge. It arrived just in time for me to wear at my son’s wedding - fantastic service! As for the shape wear, it was amazingly comfortable all day and really did make me look slimmer. Not only that, it relieved the backache I get from sitting and standing too long.
I would recommend this company wholeheartedly and think it is a shame that confusion over websites has led to the negative reviews on Trustpilot.

Do not order from them!

This company is in China, and if you receive your item, it will be poor quality for the price. I wish I had known this before ordering from them.
EDIT: In response to their reply. Perhaps you might not have so many negative reviews if you spent more time sending orders than claiming ignorance and conning people out of their money.
This company pretends to be in the UK. It's in CHINA!. Case opened with PayPal. You are crooks!

Really poor customer service, item arrived late after paying for fast delivery. Product poor quality. Company does not respond to emails. Shocking do not buy this product!

Ordered weeks ago no reply when trying to get in touch several times. still awaiting delivery not happy.
Says 3 to 5 working days when you go on to tracking not even been dispatched.

I was very disappointed with this company's service,order went missing and had to wait a week for replacement.They didn't reply to emails and wasn't kept informed of the process.I received my order eventually so will not be using this company again unfortunately.

Do not use this company!

They take your money then don't deliver, they do not respond to emails either.

In my opinion this is a scam company.

Avoid!

I have not received anything after 10 days. I have already sent 3 emails but no response.
