I really enjoyed Kristina Sherk's online class detailing the use of presets. At first I was worried that I couldn't absorb it all as there was so much information. However, at the end of the class, all was explained in a video.There are literally hundreds of presets to be used in her packages. Kristina responded to me quickly when I had a problem downloading XMP files. All fixed and now on to the fun!!

Amazing customer service. I had bought by mistake the wrong the wrong class, so I contacted them to see if they could help me with exchanging to the right class. And they’ll did contact me back very fast and help me with my problem. I love the quickness and efficiency. Btw loving my new class!

These tools are excellent. The videos help enormously, and show how to modify and tailor the effects very easily in Lightroom or Photoshop.
I used to do effects like this manually, and this will save me a ton of time and effort.

Wonderful, very thorough tutorials that walk through every step and don't assume you already know things. Great style and quality to the videos and download example files. I am very pleased with this set of videos and training! I would highly recommend to others needing Photoshop expertise quickly!

I have been following Sharkpixel for some time, and have many of the products, which are excellent. But Sharkpixel offers more than great tools, Kristy is a wonderful educator and delights in sharing her expertise and knowledge. Her tutorials are complex, yet clear and understandable for the average human being; that is quite a feat. Best of all - the support team respond quickly, and do everything possible to solve any issues.

I downloaded the actions "Portrait in a Pinch" and installed it. It’s a pity that this doesn't work with the German version of Photoshop. Maybe you can adjust this in the future. After all, you also advertise internationally and so it would make sense if the products are working internationally.

As a true beginner with PS, I took the gamble and purchased the Masterclass. During the last month I’ve done the rounds of many pro suppliers, You Tube videos, e-books and other to try to get a good start. But, I can honestly say that Kristina’s real life” explanation of how layers work in Photoshop, using real objects in real time, is the best I’ve seen anywhere and finally helped me break that first barrier. Maybe I’m more of a visual learner and my abstract reasoning is weak.

Either way, you only get one chance to make a first impression, and she scored high! I look forward to moving to the next lessons.
