I had some problems after paying for one of the Sharkpixel courses: everything was resolved quickly, with great courtesy and several contacts with the customer's support desk. Well done!

Well, at first, I was actually questioning if this was actually legitimate... after purchasing, and then finding out my emails weren't coming through for the prompts of the packages I purchased... everything was fine... the brushes are great, and the special effects are great... I personally loved how they look...

My silly ass purchased the AI Presets twice and she IMMEDIATELY refunded me for the money as it was included in my master class. This collection is not only time saving but very well put together.

I had a problem when placing an order and did not see the item ordered. I inquired with customer service and they discovered that I had two accounts with different email addresses. Not only did Laura assist me in locating the second account but offered to combine the accounts for my convenience. She really went the extra mile to be helpful and get everything sorted out. I love the products available and now feel even better about making future purchases because of this wonderful experience

Great support. Had several questions about products in my emails. My emails we're answered extremely fast the best I have seen compare to other companies.

I have been enjoying Kristina Sherk’s presentation style and selected software packages since early, 2022.
I have to say that the website support is wonderful.
Whenever I have had a question or needed assistance, the response was timely and always super helpful. It is one thing to produce great products, but the personal service from the support team is a great professional bonus!

As a beginner I find the tutorials very good and so far I have learned a lot and now know a lot more about Photoshop. Tony

The review is not about the product but way more important... the service. Anything can and in time will go wrong, nothing wrong with that. The quality shows by the way the problem is solved. An action didn't do what it should. Laura was helping me. It all started at 6 august 2023 and she held on all the way till 20 oktober 2023 to get the problem solved which finally did. Laura you are awesome!

Great presets. Made my work a lot quicker

I'd stopped purchasing presets but portrait retouching is a real minefield for me as I get so little practice then all of a sudden after like 2 years, my daughters or daughter in law will suddenly ask for a 'studio' portrait and expect perfection from this usually street and landscape photographer!

And so it was recently. I am so rusty on portrait editing but your AI Portrait presets saved my life! The results were really well received !

The new Lightroom AI presets are so good. Easy to change specific details on large batches of images in seconds. Love the consideration of light hair vs dark hair or light eyes vs dark eyes. Kristina is so good and understands detail editing of portraiture. Always a win with your products. Thank you!

Always a very helpful and prompt response from support team

I had difficulty logging in and downloading my "Portrait in a Pinch" action set. Your log in link took me to no where useful. You might want to look in to that. Maybe it was my OS 7.
However, Laura was very helpful and responded quickly to my inquiry and sent me a temporary password that let me open the action up. Enjoyed the master class.
