His standing charge was huge as charity a business customer but she arranged for a generous reduction for his final bill and helped us cut through the red tape to get there!

i was put onto a shell energy business account and it was unbelievably ridiculously expensive. i changed as soon as i could and saved myself thousands of pounds a year.

Great service from Barbara!
Barbara was very quick at responding, answered the question quickly and without further issues.
This is the only dealing with Shell Business, and has been a breeze compared to other utility companies we've dealt with.
