Ordered an accelerator cable and clutch cable on a weekend and emailed them on Monday to ask about despatch and delivery as I needed it urgently. Emailed me back pretty sharpish and told me expected delivery. Overall excellent customer service oh and parts arrived quickly as well.

Ok, so the wrong size was sent but it came directly from RST so not Motogbs fault however, as soon as I contacted them they replied the same day and arranged for a return and got the correct size out straight away. The price was the cheapest online so I cannot grumble and will certainly be purchasing from them in the future.

Very good experience with MotoGB. Bought a washer and gasket for an oil change. Arrived quickly and well packaged.

Only criticism is that there should be an additional cheaper shipping method for small items like gaskets. A "do not bend" cardboard envelope with a 1st class stamp would suffice.

Unfortunately I've used this company twice and twice they've failed to come up with the goods. I ordered 3x T shirts and one was delivered. They don't respond to your emails so therefore I will not be using again.

Everything ran smoothly, ordering delivery etc. Nice hoodie good material. Only disappointment was for the money it costs I still had to go and pay more money for the back protector as it doesn't come with one.
