I was sent a us size 9. and not a UK size 10 and despite me living close my and offered many times to drop off the boots I was ignored. Eventually I was answered but had sorted it myself I did ask for replacement boots as it wasn't my fault and have been ignored again so it's up to you folk what to think

I have tried to contact at email, phone, instagram and facebook and get no reply regarding cancellation of my order, avoid this bunch of non communicators.. Buy elsewhere! I will never use this company again .. shocking!

It arrived package wise un damaged, the middle carrier for the lambretta v125, looked ok till I turned it over so I'm looking at the underside of it, and there's paint already chipped off, drain hole not even drilled out.
It's a good job I have black hammer rite paint and a drill. I'll do the the finishing touches to it, wouldn't expect the carrier to actually be finished and quality checked at lambretta or the people that ship it, I mean it only cost half a weeks wages to buy it why would I expect it to be fully painted and drain holes drilled out and painted.

The delivery service from Motogb is excellent, from ordering to delivery took 4 days. The boots are really good quality, made by RST, nice touring boot and really comfortable. It’s the second item I’ve ordered from them and I would definitely recommend this company.

I called this company prior purchase to ensure item would fit my moped ,, yes it will fit according to the sales Rep,, clearly doesn’t have a clue because after receiving my delivery item does not fit. So I suggest your reps do there home work prior telling customers parts will fit. I wouldn’t recommend this company what so ever . I expect more from a company selling products they should at least have a clue of what they are selling . Poor show. 😟 Oh and I got my money back.🥳
