Excellent customer service

The item I ordered was out of stock. Motogb kept me informed and went on to promptly deliver the item which was absolutely perfect.

Excellent. I found the MotoGB store by chance and was surprised over their prices so decided to buy a new helmet. The new helmet arrived within two days with courier delivery and it was well packaged. Superb..!

The next time I am shopping for bike-stuff, MotoGB will be my first port of call.

Very competitive pricing

Very competitive pricing and fast delivery, no pick up availability which would have been a bonus but with the free delivery over £50 not much of an issue.

scorpion exhaust and a centre stand

Bought a scorpion exhaust and a centre stand. Was told both in stock. Exhaust arrived after 5 days and is excellent. Still waiting on the stand almost 2 weeks later. When I called to enquire was told they were waiting on stock arrival. Why tell me at time of order that they were in stock if they were not.

Several orders made, satisfied with all of them

MotoGB has good prices. I've made several orders and I was satisfied with all of them. They often have good discounts, the description matches the products, delivery time is always good and the product quality is what I can surely trust.

Third time of ordering for my Royal Alloy GP300

Third time of ordering for my Royal alloy GP300 and couldn’t be happier with the service from Motogb.
Each time the items were in stock, picked, packed and dispatched in super fast time. Even after me incorrectly ordering, there was no problem in returning in exchange for the correct item.

Ordered boots when they came they were…

Ordered boots when they came they were too tight even though they were my normal sizing. Returned to for refund had to pay postage both ways , so in effect cost me about 12 quid to not own a pair of boots. Will stick with Sportsbikeshop in future
