YooJe Bras are worse that rubbish.
I bought bought 4 bras to take on holiday with me. They are cheap quality, unfit for purpose as they roll up when I raise my arms. They would only be suitable for a flat chested person as a pretty vest. I contacted the company to return them and am just being given the run around.

Absolute scam.
China based. Product of bad quality. Not working but also dangerous. No way to return products without hefty courier charges.

I as others ordered 2 bras , they arrived and the material is dreadful so contacted them by email offered £5 and £30 voucher anyway I said no I would like return details and a refund
It's cost me £18 to return with tracking

Received order of two bras.
In the advert for the bras it didn't say they were made of strong elastic. As I suffer from ostiarthritis in my hands I was unable to put them on.
I asked for details how to return and get my money back only to be informed that they didn't have a return policy. I was offer £5 and a £30 voucher As my oder total was £54.96 I am not accepting.
The bras are of poor quality material and badly made
DON'T BUY THEM especially as cannot get money back

Wmbrashop (Shop Yooje) have been fantastic in their response to correct my order error.
I bought my first bra from the All Bra Shop in July 2024 (Shop Yooja) and was so pleased with the fit that, 6 weeks later, I ordered three more. When the second order arrived I realised I had ordered the wrong style.
Their customer service team have been prompt in their replies to my emails, very helpful and polite. I'm now looking forward to receiving the bra's I should have ordered and must thank them for their genuinely excellent service.

Sorted replacement bra's. Would suggest 4XL if 40D they fit really well and very comfortable. Will buy again and recommend to family and friends

The best bra I’ve ever had, so comfortable and stylish, and makes me feel younger. I’m 67 and it gives my breast a real support, and there’s no bulges when I wear T-shirt or dress. I recommended this bra to my daughter who is 35 yrs who has had three children and breastfed them all. This best bra a young woman can have to support her breasts after having had children. I shall buy this brand always from now on. There are many pretty designs to choose from the website. I would like to down load a photo but it doesn’t allow me to do so.

The goods that arrived were unacceptable in terms of quality and design and I advised Yooje that I needed to return them for a full credi.Howeve the returns address EVENTUALLY provided by Yooje-UK was not in the UK at all but some company in a district of Shanghai. I strongly advise people NOT to buy anything from Yooje

Unfortunately the item purchased was unsuitable for my needs. Staff have dealt with the process of refunding in a helpful manner.

Bought 3 bras ( more fool me!) advertised as 'designed by Grandmothers'. I see the latest ads are similar. As a granny, i thought they would be great. The ad photos were like the current ads.The actual products are ill fitting, cheap and nasty. The so called supporting band below the breasts is a flimsy bit of unhemmed material, about an inch deep, which just rolls up into a line of piping. The shoulder straps are much narrower than as shown on the ads. The cups are shoddy. There was no information in the packaging, no returns slips, no way of contacting these people, and it is only now I see them advertising again. DO NOT BUY THIS RUBBISH. I will need to check the date of when I was conned, but it was more than a year ago. Now I have contact details I will notify the company directly.

DO NOT ORDER from this company - I ordered 2 bras in 2 sizes and neither fitted so i emailed for their returns process and they said no uk return address and that they offered me a £5.00 refund (products cost me £48.00) - i kept insisting i wanted and refund and they are now not communicating with me. Product quality was shoddy and their customer service is non-existant - so i am £48 out of pocket and will throw away their products.
