The whole purpose of this company is to present goods in an extremely favorable (but false) light and get the payment through the books, they then provide shoddy rubbish and the terms and conditions are really geared to prevent the refund that they promise during the purchase process, they offered me £5 off a £50 order of bras that are shoddy and completely useless, they only provided a return address after 3 email requests in which the settlement offer gradually proceeded to £10 and a £30 voucher against further goods, the email address supplied had a false postcode (200000), China post would not ship back to it, the postal rate for any other carriers is exorbitant. any refund given, if the goods are returned, is also minus the shipping fee even if the good are over the free shipping level of £50 the shipping fee is still removed, this means the best i could regain was about £20 refund even if the returned goods passed all the criteria for a return.
I finally agreed to a £10 refund + Voucher simply to get something back from a dead loss, the £30 voucher is only valid against a £40 spend plus another £12 carriage so you would end up down a further £22 for more shoddy rubbish.
The company offered the refund plus the £30 voucher for a favorable 5 star review, i have the refund but sacrifice the £30 voucher to try to help other shoppers avoid these swindlers, i presume the 5 star reviews on this site accepted the offer and lied for them, this review presents the truth of the situation.

Great fitting bras great company to deal with no problems would recommend.

I would not recommend this company. The two bras I ordered were of inferior quality and bore no relation to the size I ordered. I took out a return insurance which was of no use whatsoever as they did not even give a return address and after paying £57.95 I was only offered £7 refund, and told to keep the items that were of no use to me. I feel though I have been scammed!

Great company answered my questions straight away and was polite and helpful and friendly I will use this company again good quality clothing as well

Ordering was straightforward and I was kept up to date via email of expected delivery. Unfortunately the bra was a lot smaller than the size guide suggests and I was unable to use the bra. There are no returns information given with the item and the online information for returns is so long and not straightforward. It would cost too much to return so left with unusable item

A first class service given. I ordered 2 bras and I was kept updated with my order progress. Sadly they weren't suitable for me and when I contacted the Company about returning them they responded very quickly and gave me brilliant options to help. I was allowed to keep the items and given a cah refund and voucher for my other purchases. An excellent service that I shall continue to use

Bra's were ordered based on their weight guide and when delivered were way too small and not fit for purpose. Tried to return, Yooje offered £5 refund and to keep the bra's. Why would I keep the bra's which are too small. Also want me to pay additional sum for postage to send larger size. Will be contacting trading standards as this does not comply with UK trading laws.

They ride up and make your back look ugly. The whole point of wide straps is to smooth out the outline but these bras don't do that. Waste of money - Tat!

Excellent customer service, the bras I ordered were to small I contacted customer service and they sent me the next size up which I received today. I am very pleased with the way they dealt with this. Well done to you.

Ordered two bras which arrived quickly.The size of one was too big. The customer service was quick to answer and after paying an additional shipping charge, they said they will replace the bra.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Items were not fit for purpose and they are refusing a full refund despite me having returns insurance.

The bra I ordered was too small even though I followed the weight guidelines suggested on the website. The company was very prompt and polite in responding to my concerns and immediately dispatched a larger size. However, I had to pay £13.50 for this additional service. They let me keep the previous bras. I would warn people to go for the much larger sizes than advertised. It may be the difference between small bodied Chinese people and large bodied Europeans. I don't know. I will find out when the new bras arrive.

The shoes look good, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. Yooje have been very prompt & helpful in trying to rectify my mistake. I look forward to receiving the shoes in the correct size.

Wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering this bra It is exactly as the other reviews. It is a complete con. The bra is made of very flimsy material very small (I ordered large) and it is impossible to send it back. They even had the cheek to charge £1.99 insurance for sending it. It's going straight to the charity shop

I placed my first order with Yooje last week and when I received it this week, the sizing of the shoe was not what I expected. I contacted customer care and they came back to me within an hour and advised on the process that I needed to follow to correct my problem. Great service from an understanding Supplier and one to be trusted for the future.

The bra is rubbish . None of mine fitted me and offered zero support . The support is garbage and the bras are way too small and don't fit properly and do not look like what is shown in the advert as far as posture is concerned. I wasted my money . It's a con

TOTAL CON. The shoes they sent me were cheap rubbish and certainly not worth the money.
If you need to return anything YooJe makes it as difficult as possible. They try to dissuade you at every turn. Even though you are buying from a .uk address the return address is in China and you are totally responsible for all shipping costs - this is NOT covered by the "Return Insurance". The insurance appears just to cover the fact they will accept it if your item finally makes it back to China. A total con - do NOT buy from this company - you will regret it!
Use Temu or AliExpress instead.
