Customer service was great overall. It was a little difficult to get in contact with someone at first since I had to leave a voicemail to activate Shopmonkey Payments, but once I got in touch with the staff, they were quick to respond, friendly, and very helpful.

Kannan was a great help in guiding me through the process. I was honest with him about what my goals were and he found a way to make it make sense for us. He was able to explain the more in depth functions of the product since I had done a fair bit of research on the product before our call. Furthermore he worked around my ever changing schedule and stayed in front of it, always adjusting. Great experience so far!

Payouts are to long.
It does the job.
They hold your money to long and the reports are hard to work.
QuickBooks has good reporting and sends you a report of what money will be deposited and it all in a next day pay out.

Joe is the BEST
Joe was amazing! Seriously, he is the greatest salesman! We have sat through so many demos this week, garage360, autoleap, napa tracs integrations, but nobody took the time to really show us the product quite like Joe did! He answered every single question and after our demo we talked about how amazing it was the entire night afterwards. He really knows his stuff and we were involved in the demo which I loved! There is no doubt about it, Shopmonkey is the software for us and we couldn't have done it without Joe! We got a great deal, and now I can get rid of my integrations and other softwares and finally have it all in one place!

Not perfect but pretty good
The customer service has been great. Some of the reports dont fit our needs quite right. And entering inventory is a bit cumbersome. Overall, we do love it so far.
