Joe G was phenomenal at helping me get started! Shopmonkey is lucky to have him! I got a very detailed look into the software and made a decision on Shopmonkey over Tekmetric. The customizable job board, REAL quickbooks integration and appointment reminders along with Joe’s expertise locked me in for a new adventure. I’ve been working with oldschool software for years and Shopmonkey is a pretty amazing way to grow the business to the next level!

Shop Monkey is great
Shop Monkey is great, the only issue is the labor guide and diagrams - Motor and AllData don't compare to ProDemand... would love to see integration with ProDemand in the future.

In the meantime, have you had a chance to check out our ALLDATA integration? It just launched recently and allows you to pull labor times directly into Shopmonkey. It does require an active ALLDATA subscription to use, but if you already have one, our support team is happy to help you get everything connected.

A huge 40% price increase, not 5 or even 10%, for a service i just use the basics in. Looking int0 another service, this is ridiculous

We really like shop monkey, however the issue we have is that we have to pay for the most exspensive package just to be able to have one thing we need which is labor guides. We are actually looking into swithching completely to another program that is more cost effective for our business that offers the labor guide without all the additional features that we do not use. Other than the price the program is great.

Get it Together Shop Monkey!
Since Shop Monkey upgraded to the 2.0 it has been nothing but a headache! The Reports are always lagging. Deposits have been going thru late. No one is on the Chat Support for help- they make you Whats App them and that still takes a while. All of this and they are still charging full price. If you have a program that you can not even run properly why are we paying full price. Get it together!
