I already loved the Shot Scope tracking system and rangefinder! I recently was fitted for new clubs and was lacking a LW fob. Emailed customer service and they are sending the fob free of charge. Excellent customer service and now will be able to accurately track ALL my shots on the course to provide me data and feedback. Thank you!

Heard great reports about the new Shot Scope LM1, so purchased it on preorder from GolfBox. Contacted support for a user guide and because it didn’t appear yet in the app. Next day both were available online.

Customer service was pretty good when I asked a question,but delivery of product is slow as I'm writing this review I'm still waiting for it to arrive.
My V5 started having some issues where I had a hard time getting it to start charging. I sent a note to V5 support and they asked me to send it to them and they would send me another. I was within the warranty period but getting close to the 2 year mark. I could not be happier than the fantastic support that I have received. Claim is great. Thank you.

Excellent customer service while sending a replacement shot scope. Mine had a fault and they handled evrything fast and even offered to pay for the shipping whilst returning the faulty range finder. They sent another straight out 👏🏼
I had a problem signing into the dashboard over the weekend. There was some issue with the Google sign in so I couldn't log on. Anyway, I checked in with support , explained a few things to them and they sorted the problem for me. All good now, thank you.

I love the product and I was purchasing additional ones. I made a mistake and had the wrong shipping address and sent a request on Saturday night. By 5:00 am Monday it was corrected. Product is great and customer service is great. Thanks.
I had a problem with my V5 watch and asked a question. After clarifying the problem the support team immediately offered a replacement and sent instructions which were so easy to follow to send the problem watch back. Really responsive to my query and had a solution within minutes. Cannot fault the level of service. Would recommend the V5 watch, app and overall experience anyway, but the service I received puts ShotScope into the exceptional category.
In these days of instant response and despatch a week of inactivity seems like an age to wait for an item.
Stranger still is to be asked to review the company before my item has even arrived!
But on a positive note the product it pairs with has been excellent for several years though I no longer use the stats and distance function as it is too time consuming to edit half shots and other partial swings.
Was having a minor issue with my V5 Watch. Contacted their support team who responded straight away. I have returned my V5 which they are going to replace and they paid for the return postage.
I had an issue with hardware. This was sorted with astounding effectiveness and efficiency. I thank the team for their understanding and swift actions.
I've reached out to support about course updating and tags not working or one missing actually. He updated about 21 of the courses I play and issuing a new tag. Very happy
I can say without doubt that ShotScope support is the best I have ever experienced by far! If I sent an email, I mostly got a reply the same day. In the end we were unable to resolve my issue, so they sent me a new watch! This was after almost 2 years of owning the old watch! Shot Scope support, you were brilliant!
