V5 developed a fault; wouldn’t read tags. Deal with Cameron at customer services, new strap sent out. All issues resolved. No hassle.

Customer service help was great. Had an issue with my GPS watch not automatically changing holes and James was able to sort issue very quickly.

I have had my X5 for less than 3 years and the battery fails after 15 holes so it’s unfit for purpose but I have been told that’s normal and should buy a new one!!!

Shotscope Connex is a great product. Really gave me insight on what I needed improvement on. Almost information overload.
Needed a replacement for my putter and they are sending one free of charge. Great customer service.

Watch strap stopped reading tags
Customer support told me what to test and said it was the strap so so said no problem and sent me a new strap no problem free of charge

Excellent Customer Support by Calum. Contacted them about a charging issue with my watch and he sent a new charger immediately despite being just out of warranty.

I have recently had to contact the consumer support team at Shotscope. At email sent at 9pm was responded to before 9am. Sensible suggestions were made, when they did not resolve the issue, the same agent, James, responded quickly. A few other steps were tried and then a warranty claim was accepted. This friendly and responsive service was excellent and will make me stick with Shotscope.

I purchased a G6 Shot Scope watch and used it within 24 hours of arrival, I found that the course mapping was incorrect, I contacted Shot Scope and within 48 hours the mapping was corrected which allowed me to sync my watch to the new course layout. The distance via GPS was checked with my playing partners, who were using their Garmin Approach S44, and the distance to the middle was the same. I am very impressed with the functions and ease of use of the G6. Exceptional communication via email.

I had a minor issue with the mapping on a course I had played and even though I had thought it would be a low priority request it was handled efficiently and accurately within hours of the issue being confirmed. This is the second time I have used shotscope’s customer service and they have exceeded expectations both times, great products and excellent support. Well done guys.

Had a fault with my connex 6,7 and 8 irons tags. A guy called Callum from shotscope got back to me really quickly and new tags were sent. Great customer service 👍 and really quick at responding

The products have been great. I love the GPS tracker. I rely on it for most courses, especially the unfamiliar ones. Support has been spot on. The response is very prompt and the solutions are always effective.
