This whole pre order process for the LM1 launch monitor has been a nightmare. Missed deadline after missed deadline, promise broken after promise broken. 3rd party sites sold out before I recieved my pre order, what's the point of a pre order if other people can get it before you? Ball dropped, penalty stroke added...

My club just reconfigured some holes and all 27 I.e. 3 sets of nine had to have stroke index all changed and my request to shotscope was completed within 24hrs. Excellent customer service well done 👏
I had a G5 watch I had purchased from new. It did exactly what I required from it. After about 15 months it developed battery issues and would not charge. I was surprised to find there was a 2 year warranty. I contacted Shotscope to claim on the warranty. I was replied to in short order by James, he was very helpful. The bottom line is, I received a new replacement watch within the week. This is rare excellent customer service hence this 5 star review.
Got the answers to my questions. The initial question was misunderstood, but the responses were very quick, which made getting the right questions and answers a good experience.
Decent product, but zero loyalty to their longtime customers. I have several of their products and have been using them for a few years. Pre ordered the LM1 on the original launch. My unit has yet to ship, but somehow it has been on store shelves for a month. Now they are on Ebay before mine has shipped. Support just says that there was nothing they can do. How about taking care of your loyal customers first before selling to scalpers!
Again no loyalty or accountability. This will be the last Shot Scope product that I buy. I work as an Assistant Superintendent for a golf course and will no longer be recommending their products. Their competition just sent me a brand new unit to demo.

After seeing your LM1 at the golf show I immediately was so excited to purchase this asap. I went on your site and paid for it. Then I received an email for the pre-order date which I ordered it and you said shipping would begin in March. Weeks later I never received my LM1 in March so I began to email your support team. I received an email from you stating it would be shipped in a few days which it wasn't. So now I emailed once again and you stated shipping would be in 10 -12 weeks more from April 12,2026 making it sometime in July? So I immediately asked for a refund which you ACTUALLY REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY, which was very impressive I might say. Here's my question , why didnt your support team ever say they were sorry for such a delay? To me now i have a bad taste in my mouth and would not order anything from your company and that's a shame because I wanted to buy what was considered the best new product at the golf show and all I got from Shotscope was NOTHING! The sad part is I golf with so many people all year and I was ready to show off your LM1 and trust me all my people would have bought this product from you because I would be using it. You see im a scratch golfer and people follow me and love the products that I promote. Thank you for letting me down Shotscope.

Very responsive and friendly. Not that this is customer services fault but my original delivery date was 7-9 weeks. Now the expected is 10-12 weeks. Not a fan over overpromising and under delivering.
I pre-ordered a LM1, and a couple weeks ago they had them for sale in stock at a retailer, and my pre order hasn’t shipped yet. I emailed customer service, and they said it would ship “next week”, which was last week, and still no email saying it is being shipped. I could have held on to my money and purchased the launch monitor over the counter and had it weeks ago.

I had a small issue with my Shot Scope V5 and sent in an email detaling to problem.
I got a very helpful and speedy response. After exchanging a few emails with further information Shot Scope resolved the problem quickly with mimimum fuss.
I ordered a watch and some replacement tags. Unfortunately the tags were not delivered with the watch.
I contacted the support team and was kept informed of the status until the tags arrived.
Thanks Shotscope, your products are great and customer support very good.
I've had course to speak to them on 2 occasions and both times they have gone above and beyond trying to help me this time I spoke to cameron and he was a great help sorting my problem out would definitely recommend them
I had a problem with my H4 handheld device, the service I received from shotscope was second to none. I dealt with Cameron who was constantly in touch with trying to deal with the problem, unfortunately this wasn’t possible so shotscope replaced the unit, even covering the cost of me returning the faulty un
When ordering the LM1 I was not informed that the delivery time is 3 months. This information I received only when I requested status delivery. There are other obsions but my money is now tied.

Despite returning the watch. I only returned it as I felt my existing golf watch was adequate and I have not used some of the features.
It was easy to return, and the staff were polite.
My initial e mail was dealt with promptly and the issue that I had created was rectified immediately by Jamie can't ask for better service than that.
Two of us in the family have used Shot Scope for several years. They have always impressed with their accessibility and responsiveness and their commitment to providing 'proper' customer service. It is rare, but refreshing, to find a company which not only provides its contact details (without having to search online or through 'forums' for them) but which also responds promptly, and genuinely-helpfully, actually answering the questions raised. The products are good value and seem to target what golfers want rather than what companies want to provide. Genuinely first class in our experience.
Shot Scope is quick to return messages for support inquiries. I have submitted several tickets on their X5 Watch product. The latest with the battery draining after 1 round. Their solution for a hard reset did the trick and the followed up with me to see if the solution worked for me.
I have also submitted several updates for courses and tee boxes and they have promptly updated these.
I wish they could find additional solutions for major course renovations. I think they rely on Google imagery.
Also, the watch charger doesn't always seed correctly for charging. Seems like a USB C type charger would work better.
Overall, I love their products and have benefitted from the X5 watch with club tags for the last 3 years on the course and to review my stats.
