The putter tag would not screw into my new putter grip and broke

The putter tag did not fit on my gripped putter. The plastic screw broke off in the grip. I alerted customer service by e-mail. I was disappointed I could not get a human to speak to. The first response seemed AI generated indicating they knew of the problem and were working on a solution. I could glue the tag to the top of the putter. I could buy a replacement. I wrote back that the company did not warn its users (I have had V5 watch for 2 years). Being a registered user, this would have been best. I believed they should replace the tag at no charge. They said they would. I should receive it in 1-2 weeks as it comes from UK. Satisfied but this did not have to happen.

I had an issue with the connectivity of the V5 watch;

I had an issue with the connectivity of the device and the team were on hand and supported me in finding a solution really very quickly. The device is two years old but they still pulled out all the stops. I will continue to support this company and my thanks to Cameron and team. Thanks again Russell.

Love this company and their passion for…

Love this company and their passion for not only making budget friendly devices with no greedy subscription fees, but also backing it up with good customer service. Most companies you get one or the other. Customer service is there to assist when you need help with something.

Need more than 5 Stars.

A wonderful experience, even if only by email. As I’d enquired about a product purchase delivery timeline, and the response was immediate, polite, and very informative. I cannot thank Calum enough for his help and for getting back to me. And therefore, I look forward to many years of using their products. I am very grateful.

Shot Scope Customer Services is possibly the best I have experienced. Prompt responses to email inquiries. Fast decisions to rectify any issues. Clear instructions to help CS to help me. The products are very good and I am a long time fan of Shot Scope. Thank you for helping me out so quickly. Much appreciated.

It is the third time I call the support of Shotscope. It is the best one I ever seen. They always have a solution for their customers. They are very kind and professionnal, specially my support call Lee.

Customer Service response, 5 star

I’ve had the v5 watch for approaching 2 years and been very happy with it, however it started to have issues with one of the controls which I reported to Shot Scope support, after several emails in an attempt to to resolve the issue failed they requested I return the item and simultaneously they sent a replacement, even during a uk public holiday. Seriously five star service, thank you.

Golf tags not syncing to club tags …

Had a problem with my V 5 watch syncing with the club tags. Submitted my problem to customer support. Received a prompt rely outing all the check which pointed to a fault with the watch strap sensor. Even though the watch was out of warranty a new watch strap sensor was dispatched which rectified the fault. Great customer service.

Shot Scope V5 issues

I have had a couple of issues with my Shot Scope watch. On both occasions after a back and forth by E Mail the matters were resolved. On the second occasion my watch was replaced without quibble.

Outstanding support every time and…

Outstanding support every time and truly superb technology. Shot Scope never fails to deliver—both the product and the customer service are brilliant. The tech is top‑class, incredibly useful, and clearly designed by people who understand golf. I genuinely love using Shot Scope and wouldn’t consider using anything else.

Excellent customer service.

I use a number of different products from this company. In the last seven days I had a problem with the H4 and contacted Shot Scope for advice. As soon as it became apparent the problem was not software and was an inherent defect they offered with no prompting to replace the product - no quibbling. The customer service has been incredibly efficient and super helpful.

I have been a Shotscope user with the…V5 but had a question about the H50

I have been a Shotscope user with the V3 and V5 watches and have improved my game because of them. The new H50 GPS course maps is due out and having that screen, which is much larger than the one on the watch, would be great for my aging eyes. I play competitive rounds and reached out to Support to insure that product could be used in tournament. The response was quick, concise and to the affirmative. Just like the other times I have contacted them they are very responsive and open to suggestions on their products.

Random question turned into a warranty return.

Had a strange thing happen while cleaning the top lense, it slightly pushed in, didn't expect warranty to cover it but they did with no hassle and quick service. Started off with a random question to see if it was fixable, sent it in, got a new one. What more can you ask for.
