Showerdoc saves my water supply!
I have used this product, "Reliance Replacement Membrane 60 Litre Potable Epdm", for a couple of years now with great satisfaction. This product is difficult to find and order in my country (Sweden). But Showerdoc solves this issue!

Excellent service
The engineer arrived on time, used slip-on shoe covers, diagnosed the problem quickly, explained the options and completed the repair efficiently. He also advised us on options when it comes to replacing the shower in the future. Friendly, efficient, professional and reasonably priced.

Found the part quickly and easily on the website and ordering was simple too. Great communication from the moment I ordered with plenty of updates. Got my part well within the 48h posting time frame. Very happy and will use this company again.

Very poor communication.
The website showed the items in stock, this however was not the case and the items took over a week to arrive.
Several phone calls to them with promises of call backs that never materialised and no indication of when the product would arrive.
