The prices are pretty decent and products are also good to great. The problem that made me cancel my membership since 2011 is their customer services. They are shit.

Caitlin was very helpful in getting the issue resolved. There were no unnecessary hold ups and the proceeds proceeded as quickly as could be expected.

Jackie was great. Quickly refunded me for the shipping issue.
