Ordered the slouchy wool/cashmere blend pullover on 13 June, in ivory. Which is pictured as a very just off white colour, so ivory and not cream. Received an email 7 days later on 21 June stating that my item had shipped. Finally. The tracking number linked to NOTHING except a message "this number can't be found at this moment. It's not available in the carrier's system yet" until 3 July, TWELVE DAYS later, when it finally showed up as actually being sent/tracked. It arrived today, 11 July, 4 weeks after I ordered it. And I was charged money for this ridiculous shipping experience!

For a $209 USD [+ shipping!] pullover, the item itself is only just okay-ish, some sort of wool. Arrived in a, clearly used, ziplock bag. It is definitely NOT ivory, it is a very yellowy cream colour, quite different to the picture on the website. It also has a dark grease/oil/dirt mark on the front, about the size of someone's large fingertip and that your eye is immediately drawn to, given the light colour of the pullover. Absolutely unacceptable!! So my advice would be....um, no. Steer clear of this company.

Ich habe am 15.April 2023 drei Kleider bestellt (Order #217672), die bis heute (02. Juli 2023) nicht geliefert wurden. Obwohl der Händler geschrieben hat, dass ein Kleid nicht lieferbar sei, habe ich auch dafür bis heute keine Rückzahlung erhalten. Ich habe dem Verkäufer am 06.Juni 2023 geschrieben, dass ich von dem Kauf zurücktrete und das Geld zurück haben möchte. Daraufhin bekam ich eine E-Mail, dass der Fall erst geprüft werden müsste. Dabei steht selbst in dem Online-Portal von Silk Maison, dass die Bestellung noch verarbeitet wird und bei der Paketverfolgung steht, dass das Paket noch in China ist. Daraufhin habe ich Silk Maison bis zum 03.Juli 2023 Zeit gegeben mir das Geld zurück zu überweisen.

I got a mail 8 days ago saying my order had been shipped and giving me a link to follow it. Unfortunately this link hasn't been working since then, it only shows the carrier hasn't updated any tracking result or the tracking number/carrier info is incorrect.
I've been trying to get in touch with the customer service of Silkmaison and despite my various mail NO ANSWER!

I’m starting to think I got ripped off and before ordering I should have read the very negative evaluations just found on the web.

Firstly, speed of shipment: ordered 21 Apr, took 4 business days to ship items, received 10 May to Australia.

Secondly, the quality is poor, the silk is very thin, not worth the money. Products are made in China but most of the best silk is from China so it’s not the reason for poor quality.

Thirdly, very poor customer services once there was issue. I ordered a sleepwear set of slip and robe. Only the robe was sent and they asked me to keep the robe at discount (yes! No slip! You can’t wear the robe on its own!) and I requested a refund. I was asked to ship the item back to the US (of which Silkmaison covered the costs eventually), item was returned to them on 20 May and I only got notification of refund on 8 Jun after many follow up’s - so they don’t refund unless you chase them. All in all, not worth the hassle, there are many other better places to buy silks.

Took almost 6 months for them to finally return my money after they received the item back. Absolute nightmare to deal with them.

Their fabric is cheap polyester.
I didn't have problems with getting my order on time/getting someone to reply to my email.
However, they keep claiming their products are graded and 100% silk but then after emailing them back and forth several times, they still haven't shown me who graded them and what certificates they have.

Definitely don't trust them. Wondering if I could somehow file a lawsuit against them (since they also lie about other things that they provide for their customers), but that would prove difficult because they are a Chinese company.

This company is a complete scam! Please do not order from there. Item arrived months late directly from China , after several inquiry emails, it was garbage! Looked completely different than coat on the website. Return has been taking months. They kept telling me they have issues with processing.
I finally involved my credit card company. Please don’t order from them.

Cheap, shipped in plastic bag. Missing items. Please don’t buy from here. I’m now down £600 because I never checked the reviews beforehand.
A better website for real silk items is Lilysilk! Which is a legitimate company

Same as many already mentioned. BAD PRODUCT> Product arrived very late and there was very poor communication as to my orders status. The items arrived not in boxes as specified but ziplock bags. The items were supposed to be the same size but different colors. One was much much smaller that the other. No shipping or return information included. So very disappointing. I will need to donate the extremely small item. I will never order again. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY> Item ships directly from china.

Ich habe Mitte Januar das Retourenpaket fristgerecht zurückgeschickt und alle Vorgaben von Silk Maison befolgt. Auch habe ich die Retoure verfolgt und überprüft, ob sie zugestellt wurde. Dennoch habe ich den Warenwert i.H.v. rund 500 $ noch immer nicht zurückerhalten. Auf meine Mails sagte Silk Maison mehrfach, dass ich das Geld erhalten werde, aber ohne die Angabe eines genauen Zeitraums. Nun ist der 12.05.23, also schon 4 Monate nach Abschicken der Retoure, und ich habe mein Geld noch immer nicht erhalten.

If there was an option to give zero stars I would as this company is fraudulent. I placed a large order to try multiple dresses for an event in January. I received the dresses extremely late, way after the event I needed one for. When I emailed asking the whereabouts I got an automatic reply that they were on holiday and no one was working. When I got some of the items they could not have been worse quality and completely unwearable. I had to pay for return shipping, the items were confirmed delivered back to the address they provided, and I STILL have not received a large refund from items returned in February. On top of that, I asked them to cancel all remaining items that had not yet shipped out, they ignored my request and I got them in MAY! Again, this was not a small order and I'm out hundreds of dollars. I will do everything in my power to ensure this company is put out for scamming people if I do not receive a full refund.

This company lies about their quality. This is a complete scam.

I ordered my pants 2 months ago for an event, kept asking them to at least confirm they were sent. They never were and my refund is still not given. Horrible response time and I now have to file a dispute with mastercard for my refund.

Worst company ever. Scammers. They will never fully refund you. They will deflect and try to push the blame on lost parcels even when no one’s signed it off. They said to wait 7-14 days for the rest of my refund and now they have denied it again. Straight up SCAMMERS. Never order from them. NEVER.

Has anyone successfully received a refund??????
I ordered my coat in October, didn’t get it until early January. The quality was not what I expected paying 250+ dollars, so I asked for directions to ship it back and receive a refund. It never came with a package receipt. They told me that I needed to pay for the shipment back. They had me ship it to a sketchy warehouse in California and provided me with a phone number that was not in service. After receiving confirmation that my package was received, I sent that proof to their “support” email to which they have repeatedly responded “our stripe account is frozen and should be fixed by end of march”. Now it is April and I’m getting the same answer….

if I could rate less I would, this company is a joke. the communication is shawty at best, and the processing/shipping takes forever. I just want my money back and will be reporting and writing poor reviews until I do

Absolute scam company. Took over a month to receive my order, and the jacket was cheap and way too small. I never got my refund even though I followed all of their rules (sent it back with tags on time, paid for the shipping myself, sent them all my tracking info, confirmed with USPS and silk maison that it was received). I waited 2 months for a refund that never came, despite them promising me it was coming, and ended up having to file a dispute with Chase Bank. Thank god for fraud protection!

Do not buy from this company, I got scammed. It all started when I found out the company is actually located in China and not in the US. I received my dress 2 months after I placed my order, while they promised that I will receive it within 2 weeks. When I finally received my package, I thought it ordered something from Shein. Did not look like a 160 dollar dress at all, more like a 5 dollar dress. Normally they answered my mails pretty quick, within 24 hours, but this stopped since they have received my returned item. I have asked several times when I will receive my refund but havent heard anything from this company. They received my package in January, but it seems like I will never get my money back. Please do not order here.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I placed an order for two items - a camisole and a dress, but ended up only receiving the camisole. They refused to acknowledge the missing item and refused to refund me.
The camisole that came was also NOT SILK. It was some cheap material.

I bought a blazer and after a month of waiting the order was still processing. I got no update, so I emailed them and they told me it was out of stock. A MONTH AFTER I BOUGHT THE ITEM. Never buying again how does something like this even happen. I asked to be refunded for the whole order. Will update when I get a response.
