Catastrophique! J’ai passé une commande apparement il n’y avait plus ma taille, on m’a dit qu’on allait me rembourser voilà 10 jours toujours pas de remboursement et on m’a débité deux fois! Ils ne sont pas sérieux!!

Silk Maison should not be trusted. They are a China based scam company. They claim to be selling SILK pajamas, yet, when the 1 pair (of 3 ordered) arrived after a 4 week wait, they were POLYESTER. When I requested a refund for the 2 pairs that never arrived they deducted shipping costs, fee's etc. from the refund, for something they caused. The final scam, they promised a $156.00 refund and a day later informed me the refund would be $134. Not okay. I am disputing this change. I paid over $150 for one pair of POLYESTER pajamas that were misrepresented as SILK and sold by a company with sketchy business practices. Buyer beware.

Total incompetence for a company & hopeless products!! They refused to give me a refund after sending a product which looked NOTHING like the product advertised! I supplied the invoice, receipt & order number together with tags attached & they still refused a refund so basically kept the $500 coat & resold it to somebody else! Total sham of a company!😡😡😡
This company is SO incredibly incompetent that their warehouse cannot match an invoice number or receipt number in order to refund an item. Absolute joke to say they haven't proof that i returned the item when it was returned with all the appropiate documents all except for a tiny piece of paper from the post office with a tracking number. Their ineptitude and woeful inadequacy has made me write these reviews so nobody else has to lose hundreds of dollars due to this deficient company! Take heed!!

Bought some items back in November.
Packages are sent in 3 waves.
1 package arrive after more than one month. 2 packages never arrived.

1 of the 2 package never arrived seemed to be delivered to different city by the shipping company.

The other one is returned to sender.

Once contacted, they promised they will check but never get back to me. Once followed up, they asked me to contact the shipping provider to locate the products and ask for the certificate of loss. Sellers should be responsible to locate the packages not customers. We don't get paid for this.

In the conversation chain, the CS insisted that the package is sent but could not provide a receipt. Of course they can't because it's not sent to me! But they have the audacity to blame me for my error. How is it my error when one package is sent, 2 others are not?

CS are snarky and make us 'work' for them lol. They should be the one that locate the whereabout of my stuff that is paid. I mean if it is a shein's 5 dollar dress I can understand. But as a brand who claim to provide quality products, the CS team also need some improvement.

So, 0 star for this but of course if you want to try your luck getting your refund, go ahead and try.

Fabric is cheap, customer service is terrible, return fee is your responsibility. The worst! Never ever again!

Bought a skirts, not shipped after a month. And I wrote an email asking for full refund, and they immediately shipped one of them and refund the other. They replied and said I can return the skirt they sent of if I don’t need it any more but I have to over the expense. Shipped from China but I need to return it to America from Aus. Ridiculous. Never buy again, not recommended.

I’d give it zero stars but this is not an option. Do not order anything from SilkMaison - This company is a complete scam. I ordered a jacket thinking I’d be able to wear it for an event 3+ weeks later. It took over a month to arrive. I wasn’t crazy about the quality, so I returned it as soon as it go here.

This company makes you pay to ship it back - even the shipping company said that there is something not right about that - and it took them 2 weeks to get back to me. There are also VERY specific instructions on shipping and if you don’t follow them exactly then they claim it could lead to you not receiving a refund.

Once they got back to me about my returned product, they refunded me only partially because they took shipping off of the original price! So I basically had to pay on both ends, it’s an absolute scam. Do not order from this company.

Update: Silk Maison has tried to defend their return policy but it is NOT clearly stated. At one point they claim that your first purchase and return is exempt; the second one will incur shipping costs. I have never bought anything at Silk Maison (and will not in the future) and I paid $18 to ship it to me, $25 to ship it back - all for a product not worth keeping. Do not shop here.

I bought a coat that was damaged when I received it. I was told I needed to ship it back myself and would be reimbursed. They reimbursed me via PayPal, even though I originally paid via credit card. PayPal took a few out of the reimbursement and Silk Maison has refused to pay the difference. Super sketchy company.

Update on 2/08: I reached out to PayPal customer service and they stated that, when Silk Maison submitted the payment, they listed it as a service rendered. This is incorrect because I did not provide a service; this is a reimbursement. I am happy to return the money through PayPal if Silk Maison can submit the payment again without listing the payment as a service.

Literally zero stars. The material of my order was scratchy and terrible. I’ve been trying to make a return and they are literally ignoring my emails at this point. I haven’t heard anything. This company is not to be trusted.

The package took 2 months to arrive. The measurements on the website were way way off. It says that the material of the item is 100% cotton but upon further inspection it is clear that quite a large part of it is constructed of polyester.

Extremely long delivery time. Customer service is polite and quick to reply, but unfortunately not really helpful. The overall Silk Maison reviews say it all. This company should really better consider the massive advertising outside of their local area, as only a few people are interested in shopping winter wardrobes for summer and vice versa.

Great product - coat keeps you warm. Very classy & casual as the same time. Love the colour and design.

Only thing is double check size measurements. Oversized coat requires you to go down a size or two.

Overall, I’m impressed.

Items are not as advertised paid 200 dollars for a dress that looks like shein and took a month to be delivered . Payed for shipping to return and never got my money back . They said they transferred the money to my bank account weird because I payed with with my credit card never has this happen to me with other online stores.Gave me some weird totally fake receipt so went to my back to check (Chase) to check it out they laughed of course it was fake they've never seen this type of form. Total scam . Buyer beware go somewhere trustworthy.

The product is amazing, I love that the dress is still sheer but doesn't feel poorly made. It lays perfectly on your body and give you the most amazing figure in the dress. It truly is the perfect little black dress.

Beware. The items pictured and items sold are totally different. When you try to return your product, they ask for photos of labels and package bar codes. They will reply with your images circled and annotated to prove the numbers on the product you received match the codes on the product website. Regardless, the item pictured is totally different than the one they ship.

Update February 5, 2023.
The seller's response is false, a blatant misrepresentation of the facts, and characteristic of a scam retail operation. The customer service agent did not demonstrate that the wrong product. The agent claimed that the bar code on the blouse and sku on the website matched but was unable to explain why the pictured blouse and shipped blouse were different items. As such, the customer service agent replied to me on December 18, 2022 and said:

"Dear customer, Thank you for your recent SILK MAISON Online Order #200580. Ok. We can cover the return shipping costs for you. However, your other coat is still in transit, so please return it together with your coat when you receive it. Are you okay with this?"

Once the coat referenced in that message arrived, I notified your company that I would indeed return both items and accept the full refund plus return shipping costs. That notification was made on January 1, 2023. On January 3, 2023 your customer service agent replied:

"Dear customer, Thank you for your recent SILK MAISON Online Order #200580. We have received your return request. We are sorry that the item did not work out as you had hoped. We do not have return label. Please provide us with a shipping invoice after you send your package. We will reimburse you upon receipt of the return."

As requested, I shipped both items and provided a return shipping invoice to you on January 5, 2023. The tracking number associated with the shipment showed the items delivered to you on January 9, 2023. You did not refund me until January 29, 2023 and did NOT include the return shipping costs as you promised.

Your company markets and sells completely different products. You fail to refund costs as you commit to do. And you misrepresent the facts on public domains in order to portray your customers as dishonest, when you are in fact operating with deceptive business practices. This is a scam retail website.

Very good quality and style, I got the over sized coat. I would love to try their dresses next.
