Do NOT order anything from this company. Terrible quality and poor fitting. Item didn’t fit and the quality was terrible. Tried to return as per their 30 day returns policy and they have refused. Won’t even give me the returns address. Stay well clear or you’ll be ripped off next

This company are a bunch of scammers. Trousers turned up, missing a button and if they are made of silk my name is Peter Pan, TERRIBLE quality! No phone number anywhere to call them, no return address. Emailed customer services 6-7 times before I got a response. Said I’d pay the return postage but they still wanted photo’s, why??? All avoidance techniques, so I’ll send the photo and these will go back or they will be taken to the small claims court.

Absolutely rubbish company do not deal with them. Their products are cheap and horrible and they will not advise an address to return them. They keep offering exchange and fobbing off. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering from them.

Definitiv Warnung vor diesem Shop. Die Firma versucht ganz offensichtlich, um Retouren-Rückzahlung herumzukommen. Ich warte seit vier Wochen auf meine Rückzahlung und bekomme immer nur ausweichende Mails. Die Produkte selber sind auch nicht schön. Ich habe ein Top bestellt, es war mit Elasthan versetzt, sah billig aus.

Did not receive my order, customer service being useless, difficulties getting refund and they expect me to wait forever for the package and then have to deal with return of it on my own. They failed to do what I’ve paid for and expect me to do the extra work.

Helaas het pakketje nooit ontvangen. Geld terug is een moeilijk en lang proces. Ik heb geluk gehad dat iemand bij de klantenservice zijn of haar best heeft gedaan dus wel mijn geld terug gekregen. Gelukkig!

Not a serious online store. I ordered from the Swedish website, it's stated that customer needs to pay for the return which is fine. However, it's not stated anywhere that the returns are to Germany, and that's five times more expensive than returning within Sweden. Customer care first promised to me to send a return label with a reasonable price, when I didn't receive the label and contacted them again the answer was that it was a misunderstanding. I really recommend you to refrain from ordering from this site!

Bought in good faith but had to return it which I did. Took 3 months of chasing for my refund as kept being fobbed off before I finally got it.

Silkysilk arrived damaged. I had purchased the bonnet for my daughters birthday. The feel is like sateen not silk. Rubbish product! Have sent 3 emails asking for a return address so i can get a refund. Very very bad! Don’t use!!
After not responding for 10 days, i received multiple emails from them, all with the same message, we won’t give a 100% refund!! The product was grubby - avoid this company!!!

They have just replied -

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the stain on your silk garment. As our silk products are handcrafted, tiny imperfections or slight discolorations can sometimes occur due to the nature of silk or residue from sewing equipment.

We recommend using a silk-specific detergent to gently clean the stained area. If the stain persists, please let us know. As a token of our apology, we can offer you a 10% refund or a 15% cash coupon for your next purchase.

You will never get your money back if you need to return items to this supplier and as they are not registered in the UK (even though they claim to be), our financial ombudsman wont be able to help. The same thing that happened to Mrs J Lyons who left a review happened to me. They've admitted I'm due a refund but no refund has been forthcoming. I have looked into sueing them but it is a long and complicated process and you have to register your complaint in their courts via an app. i haven't given up yet though! I've become so frustrated with them it's beginning to affect my mental health and I just want to take them down! They are just a bunch of thieves selling poor quality shit garments that the likes of us are subsidising. No wonder they are cheap! They can afford to be! I so regret every hearing about this company and I share how bad they are almost daily to prevent others from ordering.

On 2nd May emailed Silky Silky requesting to return an item (that was too big for me.) and be reimbursed for its cost of £76.
The return was permitted under the Silky Silky thirty day returns policy.

The company tried to dissuade me from returning the item by offering me a discount if I kept it.

As there was no reason to keep something I could not wear, I persisted in requesting a returns label.

I was informed that there were no return labels and I would have to return the item by tracked postage at my own cost.

On Tuesday 6th May I returned the item in this way at a cost to me of £5.55.

They also requested that, once posted, I share the tracking number with them so that they could “look out” for my item so as to reimburse me more quickly. Immediately upon posting the item I emailed Silky Silky informing them of the tracking number.


On 20th MayI emailed Silky Silky asking why I had not been reimbursed tendays after posting my item back to them.

They responded asking me to share a proof of delivery.

I used the Post Office tracking number and discovered that the item had been delivered to DSilky Silky, and signed for on 9th May..

Today, 26th May and more than theee weeks after returning the item,I am still waiting to be refunded my £76.

This company has absolutely no customer service and is dishonest.

They cannot be contacted by phone, only by email.

I will never order from them again. I recommend that you avoid dealing with them also.

Silky Silky – reimburse me my £76 immediately, as my next step is to contact trading standards and the police as you are trading dishonestly.

I ordered a ‘Pure Silk Casual Sleep Cap’ after leaving my last one in a hotel. It is very poor quality, the cap is too big and the elastic is loose so hair falls out of it. I will not be using again and there is also nowhere to review them on their website.

Vorsicht bei diesem Shop! Ich habe 4 Sachen zur Auswahl bestellt, wollte eins davon behalten. Dann habe ich mich via Email an den "Kundenservice" gewandt um ein Retourenlabel zu erhalten. Ich erhielt innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort mit den Worten, dass diese Teile leider nicht zurückgesendet werden können! Achtung, es war noch nicht einmal Unterwäsche (und selbst Diese kann man heut zu Tage bei anderen Lieferanten problemlos zurücksenden.) Sie haben mir dann einen Nachlass von 15% bei meiner nächsten Bestellung angeboten (als ob ich nach dieser Aktion nochmal bei diesem Lieferanten bestellen würde). Zudem hilft mir das in der jetzigen Situation gar nicht. Ich habe dann meinen Unmut sachlich via Email mitgeteilt und seit dem reagieren sie auf gar nichts mehr. Das geht gar nicht. Zur Zeit bleibe ich auf meiner Bestellung sitzen und habe jetzt echt ein Problem.

This website has some nice items however they are fraudulent in how they deal with customers when there is an issue or if you told to return an unused product for a reading. Despite the terms and conditions on their website (l suspect it’s there only to encourage people to buy) when you do contact them as per their process, you have to exchange countless emails saying the same thing to get dosing responses or: We also have better options for your choice and will not waste your time returning
Option 1 : Take a 15% refund for the items you want to return and keep them.
Option 2 : Take a 30% coupon for the items you want to return and keep them.

Please only buy if you are 100% sure you are keeping the items
