Pure scam. Impossible to get a refund or a new item, they are just stalling. Stay away!

Impossible to get a refund. After order pyjamas which arrived and didn't fit at all I requested a refund and it took multiple emails, chasing over a few weeks to get an agreement of being able to refund (lots of suggestions of if you pay 50% you can keep item etc). I wish I'd done this as upon finally sending the item back to them (an address in Germany not the UK) they are now saying they can't find it in the warehouse and can't refund me. This isn't surprising as no unique identifier or reference was given to me to return the item just an address. I wouldn't order from them again.

Retouren moet je aanmelden via de mail. Na een moeizaam contact en heen en weer gemail, uiteindelijk een retouradres gekregen in de buurt van Potsdam in Duitsland. (Retourkosten van € 12 bleken voor eigen rekening.) GLS heeft het pakketje vervolgens 2x tevergeefs aangeboden bij het retouradres Decio Lager (tijdens openingstijden die bij Google staan).

Al met al zijn we anderhalve maand en 17 mailtjes verder. Plus € 129 voor de nachthemden plus € 12 retourkosten.

Silkysilky doet er alles aan om het retourneren te ontmoedigen/onmogelijk te maken. Wij beraden ons nog op vervolgstappen!

Firstly, they are not in UK as their company title suggests, they appear to be a Chinese operation based in Germany

The product is transited through a Heathrow property but not used for returned.

They refuse to answer and only when I made clear I would be using trust pilot and the consumer contract regulations to sue them (Germany is covered by these Regs), they then disclosed the German operation

They have poor English, clearly Asian - revealed in subsequent emails - they are not a UK company - it's a breach of trading standards . They refused to return my emails.

Their webpage contact form isn't working effectively. They are a third party to Chinese silk products - which I have no objection to. The world's silk comes through China - but they are scam artists hiding a sale with barriers to return

My return was not of product quality but of size. It appears an Asian lady is smaller frame than her European counterpart, so size for size measurements are of no comparison

don't buy here - you will lose money

They are scam artists, they refuse to cooperate, they refuse to communicate and they hide so as not to take in a return and provide monies back

They are relatively expensive also, you will find the same product on eBay for a 1/10 th of the cost, you will have to wait for the airmail and remember to order a couple of sizes up .

I expended £635 on a purchase only to receive items of shockingly poor quality. Efforts to return these items have been ongoing for several weeks. I incurred an additional charge of £61 for a DHL return service. However, due to complications with their address, the parcel was detained at customs. Despite my attempts to rectify the issue, the seller failed to respond to inquiries from German customs and made no effort to coordinate the retrieval of the package. Consequently, after several weeks, the package was returned to me.

It has now been two months, amounting to a financial impact exceeding £700, with no possibility of reclaiming my funds. This situation has led me to report the matter to Action Fraud for international investigation, and it has also been brought to the attention of the police. Given the circumstances, it would not surprise me if efforts are underway to cease the operations of this entity. Furthermore, the absence of a contactable telephone number exacerbates the issue, highlighting the disconcerting reality that such fraudulent activities have persisted unchecked for an extended period.

After several months of thorough investigations involving customs security and the police, I was ultimately able to secure a refund from the bank.

Buyer please be aware. This is subpar and low quality lingerie, and if you make the purchase and realize this, you will NOT be able to return it per their return policy, virtually anything you can put on, is not returnable, or exchangeable. The customer service is terrible. The sizing is terribly off, and the material is not as represented.

Terrible product that started showing defects with barely no use and scammy vendor asking me to resell their product and refusing to refund an item that was sent back in its original conditions.

You are bombarded to sign up to their newsletter on the website. Then unable to unsubscribe from their newsletter which sends me spam emails several times a day. The unsubscribe button takes you to a page where the 'yes' button to unsubscribe doesn't work. This is not compliant with any of the data protection legislation. Complete scam company. I wouldn't order anything with them, just sorry I hadn't seen the other trustpilot reviews before now.

100% Silk, feels and wears like silk, arrived spot on time, in a nice presentation box, sizing looks good, if a touch on the small side (M) for women.
Initially I was very skeptical as the response from “noreply.uksilkysilk.com” on the order receipt email and a search for a UK business address turned up nothing, that does not fill you with confidence and I thought I’d fallen for a scam. I paid via credit card to share financial responsibility. However, I’m very pleased with what’s arrived, via Royal Mail, the quality and the price.

Received what was advertised as silk long sleeve vest. Looked at label and it says 35% silk / 65%rayon. Admittedly in small print the web site says this but the headline for the item is silk. I could have bought the same item in 100% pure silk in UK for similar price and got in a couple of days. If I return it I will have wasted twice the postage.
Going by the other reviews they need to amend their ways.

Ware erhalten, allerdings muss die Hälfte zurück gesendet werden.
Warte seit fast 4 Wochen vergeblich, dass sich jmd auf meine Retoure-Anfrage meldet. Bereits 4x nachgefragt.

Sollte das nicht passieren, muss die Kreditkartenabbuchung gecancelt werden.
Schade, einfach schlechter Service.

I wish id read the reviews before purchasing. I purchased a silk head scarf and they charged £6.99 delivery, which wasn’t obvious at the checkout. I complained because I don’t think you should call a charge postage, if it’s three times the price that the postal companies charge. Be more transparent and charge more for the item, because that’s essentially what you are doing. How can you justify £6.99 for a scarf weighing less than a gramme. Disgusting. Customer Services just quoted me free delivery if I spent £50, they didn’t understand my complaint and didn’t care.

What a dodgy company. My dad ordered over £600 worth of items from here over a few months. I wish I knew he was. All the pants and shorts have has bought have ripped at the seams. Silksilky customer service, Amy, does not read emails you have to constantly repeat yourself and they refuse to give refunds thinking you’d be stupid enough to take a discount code to order more dodgy items. Avoid at all costs waste of space and items are a very poor quality. In the process of contacting trading standards and credit card company as products are not fit for purpose

Zijden ondergoed en shirt ontvangen, maar alles is te klein. Wil retourneren, doch BH en slips kunnen niet geretourneerd worden, hiervan is niets gemeld op de bestelbevestiging. Heb nu de hele ochtend gevraagd om retouradres, doch men geeft geen antwoord zodat ik niet kan retourneren. Slechte communicatie

Nachdem ich schlecht bewertet habe, hat man sich gleich gemeldet. Allerdings bin ich zu meinem Rücksendewunsch immer noch keinen Schritt weiter. Sehr schlechter Service

Save your money. Very shoddy, poor quality and overpriced.

Avoid at all costs! This company does not answer queries and has no address for returns. I bought a pair of pyjamas for my husband. They did not fit and were of poor quality. You are given a services email to require a refund and return address (their website claims queries will be answered within 24hrs). Not only do they not answer but on sending a 2nd and 3rd email to the same address, I've now received a "Postmast undeliverable".

Scam! Avoid at all cost guys. They use false courier 17track. They give you false tracking numbers and delay you in hope of stealing your money. Start your claim against them now.

Die Ware wird billig in China gefertigt - Grössentechnisch ist die Ware für kleine Chinesen angelegt- Ich trage immer Gr. S - bräuchte hier aber eher 2 Größen grösser.
Versandt wird aus den USA- Obwohl die Adresse den Anschein erwecken will aus Deutschland zu kommen. Retouren müssen vom Käufer getragen werden. Ich halte das Geschäftsgebaren für unseriös & rate hiermit vom Kauf ab.
