They said the fish was ready Friday and dispatched for Saturday morning delivery, never turned up. I selected this day at checkout and even booked the day off work. They did not answer any phone calls all day. Very frustrating, u shan't be using them.

Ordered 2 fish but only 1 arrived with absolutely no communication to let me know that the other fish was getting delivered the following week? Absolutely no idea as to why either as they never contacted me to let me know!

I left them a one start and now can’t take it off but I had a bit of issue with the customer service and had been waiting almost a month on fish but soon as the owner seen my review he contacted me and offered me 2 fish well over what I payed so can’t complain may not be the fish I wanted but it certainly better than I woulda thought

All fish arrived safe and well! Unfortunately I ordered a crowntail Mustard Gas Betta and recieved a very different colour to what I expected.. which was disappointing. Especially since what they sent was far cheaper in another store.

I have ordered from Sims Tropical Fish Ltd twice now, and both times my orders have been exceptionally packaged and delivered with care. The livestock arrive well-cared for, and all the fish and shrimp from my first batch a few months ago are healthy and thriving—hopefully, this new batch will be just the same!

While I had a small issue with this latest delivery, their communication is excellent, and they resolved it promptly and very generously. It's rare to find a company that stands by their customers so well. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be ordering again!

Sims Tropical fish are the best for supply our fish and plant needs.We recently had to replace an Oscar after ours died after many years.Our replacement Oscar is perfect in every way.Very healthy & beautiful.Settled in straight away following the advice card in the box.We also ordered with it an eel.Absolutely magnificent ! Very healthy and settled in straight away.We have a 450L tank so both are very happy as are we.
Packaged extremely well with large bags for the fish and eel ,heat pad and thermal foil.Delivered with great care and 4hour, then 2 hour window on the day.Wonderful customer care.Thankyou so very much:))

I ordered 10 mixed gobys and 10 mixed ram cichlid's the gobys arrived as scheduled and all were healthy and active. There was a delay on the rams as they were in quarantine and they arrived 1 week later and afian all were healthy and active and the gobys from the previous week are all still alive and well and i expect the same for the rams as they looked just as well and active as the gobys. I have used different online fish deliveries and this is definitely the best fish i have had ro date.

First time ordering so was not sure what to expect. No need to worry all fish (12 in total) arrived in great condition and are doing very well in they’re new home.

All of endlers died within 36 hours. Other fish supplied is currently alive.

I was a bit doubtful about ordering live fish online for delivery but I really couldn’t be happier with Sims Tropical! I had a large order to stock a couple of large tanks, around 80 fish in all. Deliveries were on time and well communicated, the fish were in excellent condition with the exception of one that didn’t make the journey but a quick phone call to Jimmy and he sorted out a replacement to be delivered at my convenience.

Amazing selection of fish to choose from, beautiful healthy fish, great prices, reliable delivery and great after sales service, what more could anyone ask for. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Great knowledgeable staff, and a fantastic array of tropical fish.

There was a bit of an issue with the fish I was sent originally (wrong colours sent) however I am more than happy with the resolution.
The fish do arrive alive

EDIT - several weeks later 4 out of 6 fish have died with Dropsy symptom's. My waters are always pristine, I know what time doing. So can only assume they have a nasty bacteria looming within or the genetics are bad.
I noticed this in the early stages when there was only slight bloating, hospital tank, treatment ect ect. The ending is the same!

I’m gutted!

Fish were delivered quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately one of my fish was dead on arrival, but Jimmy was very helpful and agreed to send out a replacement without any quibble.

I have used Sims for many years now. They have the largest range, by far, of all of the online aquatic livestock suppliers. The fish i receive are always of excellent quality: good sizes, great eaters, super condition. Their business model seems to work very well.

Ordered fish for the first time online. I was a bit worried about it all but all my fish arrived super quick and were very healthy. I've been keeping fish for over 10 years and I've got to say I may be converted on the whole buying fish online thing after this experience. I would highly recommend people try these guys out!!
