Received my second order from sims tropical fish about a month ago. In july I ordered a pair of apistogrammas and they are thriving now. This time I ordered some bettas. Again, my order arrived on time and the fish are stunning! After around a month they are still healthy, beautiful and happy.

I’ve used SimsTropical a few times, and recently I ordered a Flowerhorn fish. The fish I received was very healthy and exactly what I wanted.

This online fish store offers a wide variety of species, though for some rare types, you might need to wait a little longer.

With my all order, the owner was extremely helpful and maintained great communication throughout the process.

Fish arrived on time and well packaged, they were fit and healthy and have settled in well into my tank.

All in all great service and a nice array of fishes to choose from. Makes life a lot easier than go to the fish shop when the service is as good as this.

I ordered six synodontists they said the size was 5 To 7 mm they were more like double that and the best part about it is is that I ordered them before or for someone else another company and they sent me something completely different. You get what you ordered

I purchased five vampire crabs for my son. They are super cute and extremely colourful and vibrant. They arrived on time and very carefully packaged. Jimmy at Sims was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. He very kindly sent images and videos of the stock available as well as images of the little critters selected to be our new pets. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

First time ordering fish offline which im abit skeptical about but my purchase and transaction was amazing from start to finish along with the customer service,Jimmy (owner) is a knowledgeable and lovey guy happy to help anyone!the fish i ordered arrived very promptly and well packed with heat pads and insulation,all came in great healthy condition and are now in the tank loving there new life 👌😁 i have no hesitation on ordering again from simstropicalfish and I will be in the near future

I have ordered a few times from Simstropical and have not been disappointed.

I keep a very large 702L cichlid tank mainly featuring parrotfish - it’s thanks to simstropical that I was able to obtain two beautiful, extremely sought after and hars to come by parrot fish hybrids, and they did not disappoint! They are the first fish that are singled out for compliments every time by anyone who has the pleasure of seeing my tank (🙈)

From what I can tell they are very happy and healthy fish of excellent quality. I’m quite observant and I do check things thoroughly, and my two parrots are perfect, from every little fin to every little scale 😂 🫶🏼 Even their temperament is great.

These are not a cheap fish to buy anywhere you go (if you’re lucky enough to find them) So I would only return if I was happy with previous fish, the fact I am expecting two more this Friday says it all really! I do not spend £100 per fish lightly :)

Also major points for customer service! The person I spoke to was so very polite, professional and extremely helpful. I really appreciate what a quality company this is and I’d personally give more than 5 stars if I could.

Ordered live fish, unfortunately a wrong fish was sent in error….. BUT… upon a quick phone call, the guys were so apologetic and rectified the mistake straight away and proceeded to send out the correct fish out to me free of charge( as it was their error) the next available delivery date, all of the fish I have received from them are lovely and healthy upon arriving safely the next day by courier, very happy to order again.. would recommend 100%
