Good 1st Experience buying a Pimax Crystal
Bought a Pimax Crystal Super to send to Spain because i wanted full EU warranty and price was more competitive than Amazon. Everything went well, the same day i made the order they were shipping the packet and in less than a week the device arrived in perfect condition, new and unopened, (always worried about shops i don't know sending refurbished or used products). Definetly a good and reliable shop focused in Sim products.

Simwear : un SAV au Top !
Suite à l'achat d'un volant de plus de 700€, je n'ai eu que des problèmes...
Force est de constater que Simwear a été rapide, efficace et à mon écoute pour résoudre ces différents dysfonctionnements qui a fini par un remplacement du volant entre Noël et nouvel an.
Que dire : remarquable, exceptionnel et proche de ses clients ! Un SAV au top !!!

Great Service quick handling
I ordered a set of simagic p2000 pedals , with haptic reactors , to this I thought I needed the controle box as well. But shortly after sending the order I was informed that this was not needed, as this box was included with the P2000 pedsls, so the money for the box was refunded.
Exceptional Service, most companies would just have shipped the parts.

Habe ein KGL Dashboard online gekauft. Die Bestellung wurde noch am selben Tag versandfertig gemacht und ist drei Tage später gut verpackt bei mir per DPD angekommen. Alles prima. Würde hier jederzeit wieder einkaufen.

Snelle levering, vriendelijk en accuraat. Een van mijn bestelde producten had een kleine beschadiging. Zonder gedoe 50% korting gekregen en het bedrag binnen 5 minuten gestort. Kortom service die je wil hebben.
