Marija was really helpful with my first collection at SiPhox. She made it easy and everything went well.

I paid ~$500 for a few tests. The process to register the kits, get my samples, and send back the kits was fine. The lab received all of my samples around 5/20. I got results for one test back in about a week. As of 6/5, I haven’t received results for the other two. I reached out about the report for one of the tests because the AI agent said that the report was ready, but I couldn’t see any report for that test. It still says that it’s processing. So I reached out to customer service, and they said that the report was ready as of 6/4, but a software issue prevented the report from being published. The couldn’t provide me with any other information, timeline, or any way to get my report. I am unsubscribing.

Terrible experience so far-it’s been nearly a month since the lab received my sample and I have no results. When i was notified that it arrived they sent me an online form. I couldn’t change the gender so I emailed that same day confirming my gender. Two weeks later no results, I check in and they say the lab needs my gender confirmed. I sent a screen shot of the email showing I’d done it the day it arrived at the lab. That was nearly two weeks ago. I’ve been emailing daily, texted several times. No updates and no results and they’re incredibly slow to respond. They offered a free consult for my trouble but I’m a health practitioner, that’s no good to me. Now they’ve replacing the kit and only offered $20 store credit which is also useless, I for sure won’t use them again. I was hoping this would be a convenient resource for my clients but it’s been a terrible waste of my time.

Jasmine made the whole process much more pleasant and guided me expertly through the steps from start to finish. Even though one of the steps didn’t go exactly as planned, she very quickly thought of an alternative that allowed me to complete the blood collection.

You can only test certain things every 3 months if you want to test everything it's an additional $125. Customer service also non existent so if you run into any issues you're on your own.

The support was top notch. I was guided through the collection process step by step and the help was given in a kind and professional manner.

In general, very easy. Two things could be improved. The instructions are contradictory with respect to freezing or refrigerating the ice pack. Also, it would have been very helpful if the top of the instructions gave an estimated time for how long the collection would take. It ended up taking 10 minutes longer than I expected, and conflicted with a meeting that I had scheduled.

I really like the concept of the at home testing. The report leaves a lot to be desired though. This really doesn’t give you the clear recommendations I was hoping for. There are some in each category but when I paid for the additional assessment I was expecting a summary report of some sort with recommendations as a whole based on all the categories (like diet,supplements, etc). Instead I found myself picking through a report and doing a lot of notes and googling.

Emilija was very thorough in her explanation of the procedure. She was friendly, professional, and patient. I am very glad that I didn't try to do this on my own because she made the process easier.
