Everything went smoothly and fast. I liked how the company informed you of every step. From letting you know when your kit is coming to when it gets to the lab.
My assessment was informative. Worth doing this twice a year.

I really like the concept of the at home testing. The report leaves a lot to be desired though. This really doesn’t give you the clear recommendations I was hoping for. There are some in each category but when I paid for the additional assessment I was expecting a summary report of some sort with recommendations as a whole based on all the categories (like diet,supplements, etc). Instead I found myself picking through a report and doing a lot of notes and googling.

Emilija was very thorough in her explanation of the procedure. She was friendly, professional, and patient. I am very glad that I didn't try to do this on my own because she made the process easier.

Eni was kind, clear, and very helpful.

Zana couldn't have been more helpful guiding me through the blood draw process. She was both professional and personable and made the entire process easy!

The blood test download and analysis was fantastic, simple and effective layout and interface with a recommended plan, clearly explained all the measures....nice job!!!

I responded to an ad for SiPhox which said I could enroll for the special rate of $99. When I got my credit card bill I found that I had been charged $124 on 5/28/26 and $124 again on 5/19. In between I received my collection kit which had very detailed instructions on taking the sample. I reviewed the instructions carefully and noticed a few things that were unclear at first. Instruction #4 said to remove the safety guard from the EasyDraw device. I looked at the device and saw nothing labeled "Safety Guard". After reading the instructions again I looked closely and found a white piece of cardboard on the white device. Viola! Safety Guard. Maybe the words safety guard in red on the white label or a red safety guard would make ti more noticeable. There was supposed to be a pocket in the collection bag to hold the collection card with my information on it but i could not locate it. I even turned the bag inside out and could not locate a pocket. It has now been a week since my sample was submitted and I have heard nothing. They said samples should be processed in 4 to 5 days. I guess the weekend doesn't count so maybe a few more days. I tried contacting a living breathing human being at SiPhox but could only interact with SAI their annoying AI ChatBot. I can think of a better name than SAI but it is NSFW. They recently offered new test kits which I was considering, but after this experience I'm rethinking it and considering asking for my money back. Disappointing and not recommended.

This is by far one of the best blood draw experiences I’ve ever had. I have severe panic disorder and anxiety. Along with some physical ailments that make it difficult to get to a lab. The at home delivery and collection process is extremely easy and with the online support and video guidance from a real person for your first collection it was an awesome and painless experience. Not to mention the cost for the 360 panel is amazing considering if you go to Quest or any other big name lab you are going to end up spending over $500 to get a fraction of what is included in these bio marker tests. Yeah, if you have insurance and a doctor that is willing to put in orders for all these Bio markers. I suppose you could save money however it is a headache. I currently receive treatment through the VA, and have had to pay out pocket in the past with a private lab to even get routine tests. The VA pretty much enough said there in terms of lack of responsiveness and caring from physicians to order additional bloodwork or to look into certain Bio markers.i became defeated working with some of my doctors there because of their constant pushback on labs to save a few bucks. I have a medical background and even without that the descriptions provided for each Bio marker and the option to meet with a doctor to discuss the results for a small fee is very practical. This bloodwork helped me gain a lot of insight into my overall health what I need to be working on and what I’m doing right. I found issues that my doctors had dismissed or neglected to look into further. It is a really nice snapshot of your overall health. I highly highly highly recommend this product to anyone, especially if you are doing any sort of GLP1, peptide, or TRT regimen. And in general, it is great to do quarterly just to get a baseline on your general health. I am an extremely pleased customer and I wish I knew about this company and service years ago because it would’ve helped me with my overall health and well-being instead of having to fight with VA doctors and associated stress over what testing was necessary and what was deemed unnecessary based on their opinion and bureaucratic red tape. If I could give this company 10 stars, I absolutely would. Not to mention their customer service is super responsive and caring. I had a notice for some reason, my results weren’t showing up in my app. I put in a helpdesk ticket through their AI chat. Within minutes, I received a email and a message stating that they are working on it within two hours. I had two more emails from representatives providing my results and then also showing them in my app. I did my research and looked into many other at home blood collection Services like some of the big names rhythm, etc., and SiPhox has had the most comprehensive panels available for the price. If you are truly looking for a clear and detailed report into your Health and Bio markers I strongly recommend this company.

I highly recommend this method of obtaining blood analysis for accessing of one's health. The health practitioner who helped me Kanelli is marvelous. I found the process reasonable to do to obtain the best accurate evaluation.

I was surprised when I received the hormone kit that I would not be going to a nearby lab to have my blood drawn as has been my experience with other companies.
I made sure my husband was with me when I did the blood draw with the help of Eni online. She was great-very patient and clear in her directions. The blood draw went smoothly, but I was relieved to have my husband there to help. It is important to carefully read the directions before the virtual session and to organize all the materials to be used. On the Raena website it would have been helpful to know that the blood draw does not take place at a lab.

The test coach was very patient and guided me through the whole process.
