Siphox has had my test kit for 10 days and all I get is a daily email that states sorry for the delay. I have invested a large amount of my small social security check in this process and I sure hope this company is real.

The blood test is convenient and allows me to track progress with getting cholesterol under control. There are two reasons why I would not make it 5 star.
- From time to time there is an excessive delay in processing the test. This is a problem that might be resolved.
- I paid $39 for the SiPhox assessment. It told me nothing I couldn't generate by exporting my report and putting it into ChatGPT. In fact, ChatGPT did a better job of helping me prioritize what to address. I really don't think the $39 is worth it. It gives you the impression a doctor reviewed results, but AI is better.

Don't know if its good or not because the whole process has been so stressful and inconvenient. I guess its ironically good because now I'm ok with getting my blood drawn and bruising/puking rather than dealing with this company. And I really need to get my blood drawn. I was suspicious from beginning when my bank blocked the transaction and there was no customer support, just AI chat. When someone finally gets back to you they are super unhelpful. I honestly want a refund at this point. It was time sensitive when I took the test and they sent the wrong kit so I can't even register it and now have to wait forever to get this fixed. Their "customer service" started responding and than just ghosted me. They had a chance to fix it and relieve my concern but instead chose to ignore me and now lose a $1200 or more a year customer. Makes sense.
