Ordered at the start of January and still waiting for its delivery 3 weeks later. I’m sure it will be great if it gets here. Transport company not helpful in providing updates.

Update: original one lost in transport. Support team did a great job in sending a replacement unit once confirmed.

I like the product it’s really helping to keep things on track. I’m not sure if this is just my lack of knowledge but one suggestion would be to enable calendar / task creation from the screen itself instead of via the app on phone or tablet.

Also would be ideal if the device could hold charge for temporary movement from normal position

WOW, Customer service Skylight, is probably the best in the world, enjoyed Skylight for two years, unable to send photos, received supportive kind help from Skylight Customer Services, this is an exceptional company, in this day and age I am so happy, my daughter introduced me to this company. I think it’s a beautiful gift ..for a network engineer..I have spent so much time troubleshooting that tonight I decided to keep my sanity. I’m done. Returning this contraption.

I like it, but we don’t use it much, just have it as a picture frame. Probably not worth the price I paid. Maybe will sell it on eBay or try to use it more .

It came in the mail really quickly. The kids love it. Even my husband is using it.

Hi, we are happy with our Skylight frame and functions, great way to keep updated with photos from family living interstate.
We have the Skylight Plus Subscription and when tried to update our account details i.e payment details we were unsuccessful, for some reason the update wasn't accepted.
Might have to cancel this subscription and start again?
If the site was more user friendly would have given four stars.

I couldn’t believe how quick the Skylight calendar arrived.

I have always been one for paper diary's. But since getting the skylight calendar its been amazing and so glad I changed. It syncs with Google calendar which makes it so easy, the kids also love ticking off the routines and chores. This has been a game changer for the whole family.

Ongoing subscription fee is very overpriced for what you get. The interface is slow and clumsy… great concept with an average execution an a premium price tag.

The team was very helpful in helping sort out an issue with my frame. They were quick in responding and kind in their help.

Our whole family uses it daily. My wife has stopped yelling at me, and on the off chance she does - I ask her if she checked skylight!
The kids love it and they are now incentivised by ‘stars’ on their tasks.
Picture frame screensaver is great to look at and easy to update as required.

I love my Skylight Frame.
I purchased it 12 months ago but did not realize I would pay an annual $49 fee. I thought my photos were saved on the device once purchased and added to it. Would you please explain to me what the annual fee is for? Thankyou.

Ive purchased 3 picture frames and they have been great. Had a slight issue with a power to one of the frames and the after sales was fantastic and issue was resolved straight away .
