Having recently been given a photo frame as a present I wanted to change the original grey power lead to a white one, I contacted Skylight Frame customer support and got brilliant, prompt service from Menalyn. Thank you.

I am in love with my new skylight! Love the organisation, the kids rewards and stars are great at motivating them to do things. Loving uploading my recipes and my next job is to start meal planning! I’ve got the 27” and it’s a great size! Highly recommend and I’m telling everyone about it! X

I am sure this product is good but their after sales is very poor.
I purchased this for my wife but she flatly refused to even look at it. The box had never been opened. However after arranging to return it for a full refund as advertised by Skylight they have not refunded me. They have acknowledged receipt and stated it would be 2-3 working days to implement a refund. After various emails and now 10 working days later I have not received any refund.
Please beware that their return / refund promises are not honourable

Fast delivery and fantastic Product

I still have not received my purchase. My friend ordered her from Amazon and it arrived 3 days later. She has already been using hers for a week and I’ve been informed mine won’t arrive until the 27th… 20 days for delivery.

The software is basic but does a job. More features would be very nice!!
