Skylight returned unopened but not refunded
I am sure this product is good but their after sales is very poor.
I purchased this for my wife but she flatly refused to even look at it. The box had never been opened. However after arranging to return it for a full refund as advertised by Skylight they have not refunded me. They have acknowledged receipt and stated it would be 2-3 working days to implement a refund. After various emails and now 10 working days later I have not received any refund.
Please beware that their return / refund promises are not honourable

I still have not received my purchase. My friend ordered her from Amazon and it arrived 3 days later. She has already been using hers for a week and I’ve been informed mine won’t arrive until the 27th… 20 days for delivery.
