I ordered this pillow without reading any reviews and when I did I was convinced I had been ripped off, the pillow spent ages in China before being delivered and when I opened it i wasn't impressed but thought i would give it a go.
The first night it was too thin, smelly and uncomfortable, the second night in I put it in top of another pillow and it was still uncomfortable and I almost gave up before giving it one last try, I put it on in top of a thinner pillow at an angle so the front of the pillow was a little lower than the back and it turned into one of the most comfortable pillows I've ever had! No more numb arms and hands or neck pain, I now look forward to the good sleep I know I'm about to get.
It doesn't look great but I don't care and am very happy with it after my initial worries.

8 weeks still haven't received pillow. Cannot speak to anyone at the company. Be careful.

Pillow caused back pain so reached out to return. They require you to ship it back to China at your cost (it wasnt ship from China in the first place). THe other option was to try it as they emailed for 2-3 weeks and return it then if we were not satisfied but here is the next problem. Once used for the 2-3 weeks they will not accept it back as it needs to be unused for a refund. Their 60day money back is garbage

This pillow is absolute junk! Very low quality! Way too small and very thin. I've had it for a month and it has never expanded even to the point of filling out the crappy cover that it comes in. Return policy is a joke! Stay as far away as possible! Total scam.

Do not buy, the 60 day renturn policy is a scam! They make you send the product back to China at your own costs (which could even be more than the cost of the product.

Quality of the product is not very good. Measurements seem off

I always wake up with headaches and stiffness. I ordered one Slumblr pillow as I didn’t think it would help. I like soft pillows and Slumblr is pretty firm but in two months I’ve only had one headache. I’m really surprised and never thought it would help. I guess everyone has different issues, but I’m so happy no more headaches from sleep! JJ

The product on the ad I thought I was getting wasn’t the same as received. Apparently I received the “old style”. Since they say they ship from Australia, I was confused when its tracking started from China…but looked past that initially. The high quality foam reeks of chemicals for days, so the headache I was trying to avoid by using the pillow was replaced with a chemical one. My neck pain is worse, and the 60 day trial? You have to return it still in its original packaging…so unused?? And, at your own cost. Then, once you have done that, they can still opt to reject your return once they have the pillow back.

Don’t bother, please. Do research and try a different company.

I had high hopes for Slumblr after seeing the enticing advertisements, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment.

Firstly, delivery took over two weeks, which was frustrating and set the tone for the entire experience. At first, the pillows seemed comfortable and supportive, offering a brief "honeymoon period" of decent sleep. But within just a couple of weeks, they completely lost their height and density, leaving them flat and unsupportive. We’ve now gone back to our old pillows and are finally sleeping better again.

These pillows will leave you with restless nights and unfulfilled promises, proving they’re nothing more than a gimmick. Don’t let yourself be fooled—save your money and look elsewhere for quality sleep products.

I bought a pillow 3 months ago, I still find I need to alternate with a previous pillow I used 3 or 4 times a week .
Sadly it wasn't the answer to a better night's sleep for me.
I hope other's a have better experience.

Shit them.thisnis is is a scam company. Don't believe their fanciful ads that keep appearing on your phone.
Its just a cheap dropshipping product from China that is not even comfortable.
When you try to return they will ask you to pay more for their so called premium grade pillow.
When I refused, they ignore you.

Bad support service and no cancelation option, once you order you can't cancel or get a refund

First of all their shipping policy is hidden from the website - I selected standard shipping and it took 18 days to arrive. Second, the pillows are terrible quality and push your neck forward in an unnatural alignment. Thirdly, their return policy and procedure has all the hallmarks of a scam - on the website it sounds normal, but it’s very misleading, you have to pay for its return shipment to China and there are no clear conditions stipulated for why they would decline your refund request. It’s an incredibly sketchy business, don’t fall for it like I did.

If I knew it was gonna be shipped from China, I would've never ordered! Ordered two weeks ago and still haven't gotten my pillow. Reading some of the other reviews, now I'm also worried that the quality won't even be worth the wait and money.

Ordered 2 weeks ago with shipping protection. Tracking shows that it's shipped from California and is now in China with huge delays. Delivery is to England. Why on earth would it transit via China! Wish I had read this site first I wouldn't have bothered. Seems to be a total scam. Emailed their customer support who will apparently get back to me in 3 days. 3 days!

Regardless of what the website says (and yes, the site does ‘appear’ legit!) it is a total scam!
If you order this pillow, a thin piece of badly shaped cheap foam (can’t say pillow, as insult to other pillows!) will arrive…after 20 days….with a dirty cover!
Embarrassed I fell for this scam myself!
And now, reading other reviews on here, note the rinse and repeat responses supposedly with apologies!
By ‘money-back-guarantee’ they really mean ‘thanks for the cash!’ AVOID! AVOID!

I wanted to return the product under their 60 day 100% returns policy but had to pay return costs of £40 to Australia

DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW.

It may suit tiny little person. WHO currently uses 1 slim pillow. But if you are normal size or above or use 2 pillows then this pillow is junk!! It’s far too low. And gives a stiff neck. If you out another pillow under then it’s far too high. The properties are all wrong.
It has the “wings” for side sleeper or front sleepers to “tuck” hands in but the pillows not wide enough to have your hands anywhere near the pillow. It’s a gimmick.

DO NOT TRUST THE MONEY BAXK GUARANTEE it’s a lie and a con. The delivery is fast and probably comes from a uk hub or somewhere close. I complained and they demanded photos of their own pillow. And stated they would send a “thicker” model!! What came was the same thing!!! Same size. And they was confused.
So I demanded the money back guarantee. Told them it simply doesn’t do what they claim. And they told me I can only get that if I pack. Ship it to Australia at my expense. They say they will reduce the refund by the original shipping cost and insurance costs. And that I have to return at my costs plus insurance or they will claim it didn’t arrive. Which would cost 3/4 of the pillow costs at least .

I’m having to try and do a charge back claim on my bank to recoup my money.

They are LIERS. Cheats. And thieves. They will take your money and you won’t see it again!!

I have bought previous pillows like groove, which has really good memory foam. I gave this one a go and really wish I hadn't, as this pillow is very poor quality and gave me a sore neck, just avoid it's certainly not what it is made out to be

The customer service with slumbr is very supportive - the size I ordered wasn’t quite right and they helped me replace it with the version 2.
The pillow is amazing for sleep improvement and has changed my morning neck/ shoulder pain significantly

I ordered the older version of the pillow and it ended up being a bit too low for my husband and I. I inquired about a return and they offered to send their newest pillow for FREE to see if we liked that better. Their newest pillow is thicker, two sides with slightly varying thickness (I like the thinner side whereas my husband likes the thicker side). The fabric is soft and very comfortable. My neck loves loves loves this new version and the customer service experience was excellent. After reading other reviews, it is clear that Slumblr has been confused for other knock off brands, which is unfortunate. My pillows came in Slumblr bags/packaging so I knew it was legit, and their dedication to customer satisfaction is the reason I found the right pillow for my husband and I. Highly recommend. Careful of knockoff brands out there; Slumblr is the real deal!
