This pillow has been a game-changer for my neck pain! The shape really supports my neck and shoulders, so I’m not waking up with that stiff, sore feeling anymore. The material is soft and breathable, which makes it super comfortable to sleep on. I’ve noticed a big difference in my sleep quality since using it—definitely recommend if you struggle with neck pain!

Looks nothing like the plush pillow in the images, closer resemblance to a slice of old toast! Arrived after over a month with no branding, this is a generic pillow sold as many different brands if you look closely on the internet. Waste of money.

I ordered the pillow directly from the company took weeks to receive and they sent me the small/old pillow as they also have done to many others. Uncomfortable. Do not buy!

I recently ordered a new pillow after seeing them advertised everywhere in social media. Thought I had ordered the version 2 but received the older pillow version 1. Emailed to refund or exchange and was offered an exchange. Fast polite response from their customer service.

I purchased this pillow, then quickly realized it was the same pillow sold under a different company name. I emailed them requesting to cancel the order maybe 10 hours later. Instead, a day went by and they shipped it out. When I emailed then again, they said I would need to ship it back and pay shipping. By this time, I had already disputed it on my credit card, realizing it was a scam. Now, I am going back and forth about it. It's a nightmare and I wish I would have done my research first.

I truly can not believe the difference in how my neck and shoulders feel after just two nights of using the Slumblr pillow. I have had a stiff neck for decades and now it’s suddenly gone! What a relief. Also, sleeping like a log, which hasn’t happened in a long time. Great investment in a product that actually does what it says it will do.

Since I have purchased this pillow, I have had the best sleep in my life. I wake up rested and ready to go for the day. Best pillow I have ever owned. The customer support is also A1.

I received my order quickly, it’s very comfortable. I did have an issue, which Slumblr have agreed to resolve.

Recently there was confusion with the order I placed. Upon contacting customer service they were immediately responsive and solved my problem to my satisfaction. Can’t wait to use my new pillow!

I ordered the wrong item and called customer service, their response was so quick and they were very efficient and sent me a replacement asap , I love the way this company takes good care of its customers and would recommend their product to everyone

Was really keen to try out the Slumblr (after the pretty persistent ad campaign :) and was pretty happy with the process. I was watching out for the unneccessary delays mentioned in online comments – as it shops from China – but it was straightforward, with clear updates on the tracking site.

Product was clean, and of excellent quality. I was expecting it to be page and awkward to look at on the bed, but it’s actually quite neat. I’ve enjoyed adjusting to the new sleeping position in the memory foam.

I realized that for my height and size (I’m 184cm) the newer 2.0 would be the better size for me. So I emailed the customer service team, and got a clear response almost immediately.

They’ve offered to exchange it for the new one for me, no hassle. Pleasantly surprised, as the reviews online had me worried I’d be left out to dry with the returns/exchange process.

Will update this review when I receive the newer model, and how it changes/doesn’t change my sleep quality.

I should have come here before purchasing, I would have avoided this scam.
I got the pillow, didn't like it and requested the full refund that they guarantee on their website and was met with the same garbage that others mention below, need to pay the return shipping, then they deny what their website says.

Order the same thing off Amazon and save yourself the trouble of dealing with these crooks.

Seems to be a pattern because I received the old version as well as a few others, but it was sorted very quickly. I love my new pillow 😊

Product is personally not that good for me but I can see some people would like it. However when trying to return my pillow for a full refund, as stated on their advertising, I am told that I need to cover the cost of shipping it back to them, in Australia...
I'm based in the UK so clearly their hope is that the cost of shipping makes this prohibitively expensive and people.who are not in Aus will not bother, therefore no refund.
Nowhere on their returns page online does it mention this and when questioned by email I have been told, and I have this is writing, that UK consumer laws don't apply to them so they don't need to state these things.
This is essentially false advertising and this company is a shambles. Avoid at all costs and buy something off Amazon or locally as you will have a better experience.

I was sent the wrong item in error,they took care of it right away and sent the correct item,that is excellent cust service ,and a good product I recommend this company

The pillow I ordered is not what was advertised at all. It's cheap and gives me a sore neck and terrible sleep. I was a fool and used their promotional code to order a knee pillow which they say was delivered (at 1:30am to my work address but it has never arrived. Customer service is a TOTAL JOKE!! Pretty sure its AI or some sort of BOT replying. I've complained 5 times and I keep getting the same reply....yet still no refund for the item that I did not even get. Not sure if my credit card company can do anything, but I am going to have to try. STAY AWAY from this FAKE SCAM company.

I had a GREAT experience with Slumblr. I was in search for a contour cervical neck pillow, and after seeing multiple Facebook ads, I found myself REALLY struggling to identify which of the advertised pillow brands was the authentic pillow and which ones were knockoffs. Unfortunately, even after obsessing and researching different brands, I ended up ordering a knockoff (non-Slumblr) model. It was TERRIBLE quality and obviously a knockoff. Fortunately, I was able to return and order a Slumblr pillow. Let me tell you, after first receiving a knockoff from a competitor, the superior quality and condition of the Slumblr pillow was IMMEDIATELY obvious. Their customer service was even helpful with assisting me chose between the v1 and v2 of the pillow. SO THANKFUL I ended up finding the authentic brand of this pillow!!!
