Sleek and well-engineered blinds with exceptional customer service!

Last spring, I had to get oversized blinds to fit our 2 story foyer. So I reached out to their customer service team to create this custom order.

Layla, the representative, answered all my questions promptly, and even confirmed with the engineering team to ensure that their product could work well with our specs. Layla and her team confirmed the specs of our custom order and made sure I had the right power options, length of cabling, and everything else I needed to complete the project.

The blinds are made of a lightweight but sturdy metal, and look great. The bracket mounting system is a breeze, even for a size (and height) such as ours. The motor is quiet, and moves steadily.

Overall, we were really impressed with the customer service, and the ease of customizing and ordering. Getting customized blinds at this price point and quality is really hard to beat!

Motorized blinds easily hooked to Alexa to open and close on a schedule. Blinds arrive quickly after ordering and are very easy to install.

I got 10 of the Hazel shades. Ordering online was relatively easy. Make sure you measure twice and at the top, middle and bottom of window. Don't want the shade to come down and get stuck halfway.
Packaging for shipping was excellent!
Well constructed and don't seem cheap.
Installation was easy. Some extra screws and parts I've no idea what they're for but didn't need them in my setup.
I do wish the motor control 'reset' button was more easily accessible. Some shades didn't pair up with the remote and certain procedures mean taking the blind down to hit the reset button. Perhaps a button on the rear of the unit so removal isn't needed?
All in all very happy with the purchase, quality and ease of install. Bit pricey but happy at this price point.

These are Chinese blinds, that being said they are excellent for the price compared to other Chinese blinds. This company ships quickly (2 weeks for me) All very large blinds were cut perfectly, no issues with any of the 9 blinds, no issues with the solar panels as well, all are charging properly. Support was US based and excellent. I would say the company seems more organized than Yoolax and the smaller chinese suppliers. I chose them over say Yoolax was their Amazon reviews. They have higher review scores and I can see why after my purchase. I had lots of issues with Zigbee Alexa version of the motors and finally just gave up because I have multiple Echo studios and my 2.4 ghz channel is a bonded channel 2.4/5gh and both will cause you issues. Fixable issues but I dont want to change my current configuration so I just bought the Smartwings Pro RF controller---150 bucks but solved sall my issues--also note this device goes through walls better than Zigbee and offers bidirectional feedback ie Battery status.

I bought 2 trapezoid blinds with one needing non-standard size. Esme and team took my measurements and the engineering team approved the measurements. They verified size given non square window frame and I received blinds in a few weeks. Perfect fit, both shades calibrated and single remote working flawlessly with both blinds. Also added to HomeKit easily.

Nicely presented on the web. Measuring instructions are clear. I sent for fabric options which I recommend. Product arrives in a timely manner. Installation and programming instructions are clear. Customer support is great! Shade system works flawlessly.

Autrement tout est conforme à la description, pas de taxe à l’arrivée ni de frais de livraisons.
Une meilleure description et ergonomie du site aiderait à guider les utilisateurs.

These blinds are great. When I called with questions everything was answered easily and respectively. The speed in which we received our order and it was accurate. Easy to install and set up remotes. I can't recommend this company enough!

I have purchased a total of 10 shades (3x roller, 2x roman, 5x dual) over the last 2 years or so. Very reliable, high quality, extremely competitive price. Customer service is the most responsive and knowledgeable I've ever dealt with. Any time I have a question, someone replies thoughtfully and immediately. They're not just copy pasting canned lines. I can't recommend more.

We've been living in our home for almost 10 years and we've never had curtains covering our large bay window in the front of our house. At night, it would make me so nervous to know that people could see in our window but I couldn't see out. We FINALLY decided to do automatic blackout shades to cover that window at night and I don't know why we waited so long. The instructions on the ordering page made the measuring and sizing simple. We loved them so much, we now have another set on our back slider.

I say nice things about SmartWings on social media because they did several things right. They set my expectations that delivery would happen in 4-6 weeks. In fact, you delivered custom shades in ten calendar days. Manufactured, packaged, shipped and delivered from China in ten calendar days. Amazing.
Each blind was well finished, and well packaged for transport. We avoided any disappointments because of damage in shipping.
The SmartWings design makes installation easy. The measurement instructions were fantastic, and even with my angled bull nose window openings, I was able to get an amazing, almost air tight fit.
SmartWings pre-programmed the remote, making pairing dead easy. Each blind was pre-indexed.

Here are a few things to note: If you are purchasing the solar panels, think about which side of your window moves. Your motor is best placed on the stationary side. This is an option you are faced with when ordering. If you put the motor on the side of the window that moves, you will need a USB C extension cord in order to place the panel on the stationary side of the window.

SmartWings has great instructions, and videos online. Even matter over thread is explained. And if you choose matter over thread as a control network, please read all the installation instructions before ordering. You will need one or more matter hubs.

SmartWings was thousands of dollars more affordable than many alternatives. We saved money and did not sacrifice any elements of quality. These blinds are beautiful, well made and feel luxurious.

This outfit gets all the stars. I'll say nice things about them whenever I see an ad. I will use them again if I ever need new window coverings.

Marina from customer support was great to work with. She was responsive and helped us troubleshoot step by step until everything was working properly.
