It's been 3.5 months and I have nothing

It's been 3.5 months and I still don't have my guards. The first guard took 2.5 months to arrive and it didn't fit. They refused to refund, so I did another impression, and its been another 1 months for nothing.

I cant warn you enough to stay away…

I cant warn you enough to stay away from this organisation. I dont think I have ever been more infuriated by a company. The only reason I am still persisting with them is to get my othodontic molds back from them so I can take my business elsewhere.
These guys take your money and then you hear nothing. When you reach out. They lie and say 'we will expidite' and 'it will be with you next week'. It has been weeks and I am still hearing the same bullsh$t from them. They are CROOKS - dont give them your money. Dealing with this company causes aggrevation and are infuriating. I cant emphaise enough that you should not use this company!
