Bellow account no was paid and it is showing as over due on my cibil because of which my home loan file is stuck . PLease help in sending NOC for the payment of Rs2139 and remove it from Cibil

@Nodal officer of Cibil : below is the screenshot of the payment made towards snapmint and today i do not owe anything to them but still they are showing as over due in my cibil account. Please remove it from my cibil on priority.

Is there anyone working who can reply on small query or everyone is sleeping .

One of the worst application providing all fake product plus on the customer care is also worst in solving the problem

Asking for the EMI which was already paid in October but have pathetic redressal system . Even wrote a mail to the CEO/Founders but no result, instead threatening me with CIBIL and legal action causing mental agony and resorting to arm twisting

My order damage product coming this is problem no solve when will solve pay the EMI no saal nose pay

I had unintentionally made a purchase and am now being bombarded with messages regarding non-payment. The purchase was offered with a 4-EMI payment option. I received the payment link twice, resulting in two payments being made together, followed by the remaining two payments as per schedule.

Despite sharing the bank statement screenshots as proof, the messages have not stopped. The team mentioned they couldn’t verify the payments through the GPay or statement screenshots and requested my full 15-day bank statement, which I also provided.

However, there has been no response from their side since then, and I am now receiving messages threatening legal action and demand notices.

I got the delivery item totally different and it's truly a frod app.

I purchased an item from Geekrobo a steel cooker
I made down payment
Snapmint arranged additional payment
Then I exchanged the item for a small item with lesser price
I immediately mailed to Snapmint to adjust the EMIs for lesser amount multiple times
They reply with the same message n don't adjust the EMIs
Geek robo people don't respond
Snapmint has no contact number to speak to customer care people, they offer only 1way voice
Snapmint app also doesn't have any feature to adjust the EMI
I gave necessary confirmation messages from Geekrobo to Snapmint
Snapmint is threatening to take legal action now

I want to give zero ratings this people giving harassing robo call continuously I have not taken any loan beware off this guy .those who have taken loan u give call for them .if this call repeats I will give consumer complaint mind it

I had the worst experience with this app. My refund is still pending, and there has been no response from the support team. Tried multiple times to connect, but there is no way to reach them. Totally unprofessional.

Fraud people. Promised "CASHBACK" but offered a discount coupon instead. this Compells customer to spend more to utilise the offer.

Snapmint EMI amount debited twise in one month .I raise a complete on this .To snapmint .I'm don't get proper responce from snapmint.

Refused the Crossbeats parcel on 21 July. Still no ₹866 refund or EMI cancellation. No support, no clear policy. Complaints already filed at RBI CMS, Consumer Court & Cyber Cell Noida. #SnapmintFraud #EMIScam
