Very disappointed! Way smaller than they’re made to look on the videos and adds also looked closer and the handles are not even on straight! Ridiculous price for these . Yes I actually purchased these and did try to return and it was $82 for return shipping from Canada, this company is just another Made in China rip off ! My order # ss22695 because they're trying to say I didn't actually order these ! Ridiculous !

I really wanted to like this mug, but I honestly hated it. It’s extremely lightweight — it feels cheap, almost like plastic/PET material rather than a quality mug. The biggest issue: it gets INSANELY hot in the microwave. Not just warm — untouchably hot. The mug itself becomes too hot to hold, and the wooden handle also gets extremely hot, which defeats the purpose of having a handle at all.

Definitely not microwave-friendly in my experience. The quality feels low, it’s far too light, and overall it just doesn’t feel durable or premium. Very disappointed.

Coasters could be thicker, seem so flimsy.

I ordered three of the Espresso cups with wooden handles…. Beautiful! Problem is, two of the three handles fell off within a month. Emailed Snaw, no reply for a week. Still no reply, so leaving this review…. Poor show Snaw!

Lovely mugs and quite unique as never seen anything like them anywhere else. Thought they would have been a bit bigger and not as narrow to hold more coffee but still love them

These look way smaller than in the advertising videos ! Maybe made for espresso! It’s ridiculous to pay this much for these little cups ! I wouldn’t buy anything from them again it costs half of what I paid to return them from Canada! RIDICULOUS!

I wasn't happy with the cup. It looks good, but the texture is rough, the design of cup's opening almost ensures that coffee will spill over the side of the cup as you drink, and the cup volume is about an ounce or so too small.

Yes I like the beautiful colour of my ceramic cup. The lid is easy to drink from but the delivery took a while to arrive. I like to take it when I’m watching a game of soccer and the rubber hand support helps when my drink is hot. It is very good quality. Thankyou

It's an overpriced scam. Do not buy. Purchased a set of 4 Vintage Industrial Coffee Cups and a set of 4 Smoky Gray Glass Slanted Coffee Cups with "Wooden Handle".

The "Industrial" cups seem fine. Way overpriced.

The Glass Slanted cups seem plastic. The "wooden handle" most certainly is plastic. The handles are glued on, you can see it. There's ten different companies selling the exact same cups on Amazon right now and they're significantly less expensive.

Do NOT waste your money here.

I’m sorry these cups are very disappointing. They hold hardly anything a half a cup of coffee at Best. I would not recommend them. I wish I can get a refund.

The cups are interesting but not perfect. Some of the colors are not quite as pictured. The way the cups sit in the holder is very cool. Unfortunately, they don't fit as "comfortably" or as smoothly as I'd hoped. Shipping was very slow and the tracking is not good. Still, I'd probably order them again if I didn't have to pay the shipping cost. They are a nice item but not a great value.

Poor quality…2 mugs came without a glaze. Contacted twice and no response. Took forever to receive and when I did they looked unfinished. One mug had glaze inside but not inside. Don’t fall for it.

I thought they would be bigger. I didnt see a listfor how many ounces the cup held, but I could have missed it. The photo looks like there is a copper and black cup, and I think I chose 4 of those but what I got seemed gray and black. never the less, I do like them, I just cant use them for everyday coffee from the keureg. If I would have know the size I probably wouldnt have spent 100 on a set of 4, I am not unhappy, just disappointed. I am not going to send them back.
