I ordered 4 Vintage Industrial Coffee Cups--2 in Stone & 2 in Contrast Stone. I received only 3--2 in Stone and 1 in Contrast Stone. I received no notice that my order would not be filled, and I would have changed it if I had been advised because 3 is an odd and unwanted number. Adding insult was also the injury that there is a slight chip in the Contrast Stone Cup sent. Overall, an obviously disappointing experience.

Not as expected. One mug is unfinished in the inside. Would not purchase again.

The cups are beautiful. I am a big coffee drinker and was hoping they were 2 oz. larger. I really do love the outside texture and they are perfect!

The finishes are incredible, subtly beautiful. One downside for me... I thought they'd be a little bigger. The marketing photos made them seem like large coffee mugs. They're not. They're just standard size mugs. Not a huge issue.

I have place a total of 3 orders through this company. The last two arrived fine. The first order took so long I moved and it was never received as the post office said that Snaw did not authorize forwarding. Love the product but disappointed that I lost my first order due to months of delay with no updates.

It was everything that I have expected and more ,pa ked beautiful and is just beautiful to look at and use .

Delivered in a decent amount of time. They look as good as advertised. Enjoying my morning coffee with these mugs each and every morning

Cups are gorgeous but add shows them as much bigger than they actually are. Granted it says in the description the oz they hold, BUT, I do believe the adds on social media make the cups look at least twice the size they actually are. Which to me is a bait and switch. Not cool.

Delivery was reasonably quick and the quality of the mugs is nice. I really had the impression from the photos and description that they would be bigger than they are. I'd have liked them even more if they held a couple oz more. But I'm good with them. Enjoying them...

You have got to be clueless. I never received this order. Shopify said it was delivered to a wrong address. Snaw customer service disagrees. It did not arrive at my house. They are getting proof of delivery from the carrier. They won’t because that doesn’t exist. As of right now I have no mugs, birthday gift, and no refund.

These coffee mugs are beautiful and expensive looking. The size and texture are impressive. I threw away most of my old mugs after they arrived.

Exactly what I was looking for and the craftsmanship was perfection. So happy to have a reliable travel mug that looks beautiful and keeps my coffee hot!

Super disappointed these mugs are way smaller than what was represented. Cannot even get a decent cup of tea or coffee in them.
