I ordered 2 tall coffee cups in the copper look. The cups were well packaged and arrived with no damage. Probably a bit smaller than expected, but are very nice and I use them all the time. The cups are well made and were good value in the clearence at just £9 each. Thank you.

Cool cups but not practical. Wish I read the product details that you CANNOT put them in the microwave. Who ever heard of a coffee cup you can’t? If I knew up front I would have purchased something else.

But they replaced it without any quibble and it arrived quickly.

I purchased 4 Industrial Mugs, well made, sturdy handled, deep colour hues. Snaw is an easy site to manoeuvre, yes, they do advertise on Facebook but a trustworthy site!! Fully recommended, have a look....

I bought six glass coffee cups with wooden handles from snawco. After one run through the dishwasher, the handle fell off. Then I tested one that hadn't been through the dishwasher and the handle came right off with minimal pressure. I suspected these might be overpriced POS products and unfortunately was correct. And if the cup were to fall off the handle when it is full of hot coffee someone could get seriously injured -- very irresponsible.

I love these cups! They're not glass so won't break but don't seem like plastic. The color is nice, too. Arrived on time and in excellent condition.

The company is very pleasant to deal with. Love my mugs. And I will definitely purchase more.
