The cup was broken when it arrived. Tried to find a way to report it but was unable to find a way.. paid $33 for a broken cup that will never be used

In January I received my order but unfortunately came with the wrong items. To be honest I was upset and so I wrote to SNAW letting them know that I want to return the items. YESTERDAY, I received another package containing the right items. I did not ask for it, SNAW proactively sent them. So I wrote again and asked the address so that I can return the incorrect items. TODAY, they replied saying I can keep or discard them. Another SURPRISE. Of course I will not discard but decided to give them away to pay forward. More power to this company.

First of all, the company’s is located in the UK but when I try to track my package says it’s coming from China. They sell themselves as handmade but they are not…. Definitely returning … if I knew before it was coming from China I would have never purchase from them when I can go to Temu or SHEIN and pay $5

Had shipping issues with my first order. We loved the products and communicated with the seller. Ordered again and received free shipping and received the products very fast. Great customer service, products, and experience.

I ordered 4 espresso glasses and they were taken from my porch and snaw kindly send me replacements. The cups are beautiful and very well made. I will definitely do business with again.

Easy to order and received my order relatively quick.

Postage took a while. First item was very tiny.

It took a little longer to receive, but it’s very nice. It’s going to take a bit to get use to no handle, but it’s great for warming hands.

The mugs I ordered from Snaw are abosolutely gorgeous. The smoke color and wooden handles are chic! I don't like a thick mug and this one is perfect. I absolutely love them

I incorrectly misunderstood their website thinking I had ordered the gift box of 4 coffee mugs/cups! I was therefore surprised when one arrived.

I am partly sure the error in ordering was mine but also wonder in part of their website could be cleared as the photos and feedback advertising refer to and include the 4 x cups

As I’d wanted the 4 gift boxes as a gift. They replied they could not do this due to packaging issues. So I replied asking if I return the one can I have the cost deducted or refunded so I can use it towards the gift box of 4.
I have not yet received a reply I tried calling them in the number on their website but it said it was unavailable and have emailed again from my email and via their website I do hope they reply soon so the issue can be successfully resolved

To update they have replied advising me on how I return the item for a refund allowing me to purchase the 4 in a gift box 📦

Took a month to receive ‘handmade’ vintage earth coffee mugs. They’re not handmade whatsoever, took a month to arrive and are cartoonishly TINY. Maybe holds 3 oz and it’s sold as a coffee cup. Expensive scam website.

I love the design. The coffee mug I ordered was for my son--an artist--and I was so impressed with the beauty of this mug.

Love this design. These small cups make great gifts. Nicely packaged.
