Our experience with Snaw was excellent. The mugs themselves are beautiful - they don't keep coffee hot, as we thought they might, but they keep cold beverages very cold, which is great. When they're not in use, they look gorgeous on the countertop. Also, in ordering, I made an error in the shipping address, but Snaw made the correction as soon as I brought it to their attention., Very pleased with our purchase and with Snaw's speedy responsiveness to us. The mugs are exactly as lovely as their photograph suggests.

My experience was second to none. The website was so easy to navigate . Ordering the items, expected delivery dates given and payment were ease free to do and was delivered within promised time scale with care. The products arrived and wow they are absolutely stunning - they were a gift for my parents who were over the moon with the cups I purchased and have used them every day since receiving them. I will be purchasing again for sure!! Thanks very much Snaw!

I placed and order for a couple of vintage mugs, that are much smaller than anticipated. Photos are super deceptive. And at the same time I also ordered a pair of double wall glass mugs, and this is where the real problems started. They arrived shattered. The packaging was sub par, to say the least. Each mug was in a thin bubble wrap, which then was placed into a STYROFOAM box, then the two styrofoam boxes were placed in a regular shipping bag. No liner, no extra protection, just a good ol' regular shipping bag. So I contacted customer service immediately, to which they actually responded pretty quick. That's the only positive. However, I come to find out the mugs were being shipped from china. In that flimsy packaging. Then I asked for a full refund TWICE, and they completely disregarded my request saying they missed my request, and they already shipped out replacement mugs, which after seeing how little care they put into the packaging and how super fragile the mugs were, I did not want. So, if you decide to purchase from this company, look for all the info so you know the size of the mugs, and keep in mind where it comes from and how it's packaged, and you have to pay for return shipping. In my humble opinion, they are not worth the money or the hassle.

The product is beautiful and they are very good about providing tracking so you know exactly where your item is. I do wish they had communicated more clearly how long it would take to ship.

I liked the cups and will have them in my car.
