please please avoid if you want to receive your order. they accept orders without having items in stock

I have ordered an item from them. I subsequently saw the bad reviews here and was concerned to see so many people saying that shipping takes ridiculously long, and items don’t arrive and orders are allowed without items being in stock. So I queried this. They assured me they would ship before their shipping deadline which was way after the order date (this is just to ship not even deliver) - I’ve never come across such a long expected period between order and shipping. Subsequently that deadline has come and gone and I have stopped receiving responses from their customer service. I am very concerned they have just taken my money with no intention to resolve this issue or send me my purchased product.

Item not as pictured

Item not as pictured. Very disappointed as was specifically purchased based on picture and description. I could have paid less and purchased a similar item in the US and not have had to deal with extra shipping charges and delays with customs.

US / international buyers beware

I can’t return my shoes I’m being charged $300 in return shipping. I should say PLEASE be aware if you live in America don’t bother ordering you’ll regret it. These people don’t send you a prepaid label. I went in wanting to return my shoes because I ordered the wrong size. That was another thing. Please be careful if you do order from here that you order the correct size or you will have to pay the expenses of returning which in my case was about 200 or $300 to send back and clearly not worth it since the shoes were 180 or something. I am super angry and disappointed that now I’m stuck with the shoes that I will never wear and I have to keep them because they refuse to send me a prepaid label..
