Worse experience

Worse experience. I placed my order on January 13, and as of January 29 I still haven’t received it. The package is still out of state. I was asked to share my experience before the product even arrived, which says a lot about the service. Very disappointed.

Scam alert

Do not use this company:

We returned a parka purchased during the holiday season. The parka had only been tried on indoors. The parka was in perfect condition. Once the company received the return, they claimed the article of clothing was stained.

The company then provided us two options:

1. Pay to have the item shipped back to us, which would cost over $100

2. Abandon the item and not receive a refund

My advice is do not use this company. They will use deceptive tactics to avoid providing a refund.

This was definitely a learning experience for us. We will not use this company again.

I messed up. They helped.

Prompt communication and transparent procedure conveyance made a tough return/exchange process relatively smooth. Also, they were the sole provider of a relatively unique product- well done. Side shout out to the USPS for actually affordable international shipping rates.

Extremely slow at preparing and…

Extremely slow at preparing and shipping item it’s been over almost 2 weeks and I haven’t even had my item shipped to me. This is extremely poor. Also customer service didn’t even help me whatsoever. I was left even more confused when reaching out to their customer service.

I ordered my son a pair of HOFF…

I ordered my son a pair of HOFF sneakers based on the size chart listed on the Sneakin website and when they finally arrived they were too small and the cost to return them to France was more than the cost of the shoes. The size chart said a EU 45 fits a US 12 but it’s more of a size 11 in the HOFF brand. AI explained that the shoe is a brand from Spain and they run small so the size chart should be adjusted for that brand. Very nice shoes otherwise.

Watch did not clear customs to US…

I ordered a watch that shipped timely and it made it to customs in the US but was missing information it needed to clear customs so it was returned to Sneak In’. Unfortunate that they did not have the proper information on the watch to clear customs. Now I am awaiting a refund??? I have emailed several times but never get a response.

Company has refunded me. Disappointed I did not get the watch but they did issue a refund.

If you're in the USA

If you're in the USA, don't buy products from them. I contacted them many times asking them to complete the paperwork because my package was being retaining by customs and they wouldn't release it until the document was sent. Finally, they sent the document to me, I forwarded it to FedEx, and when I received the package, it wasn't even in its original box. Very disappointed.

Pleasant Surprise

Honestly thought I got scammed given the incredibly low price I paid and that FedEx didn't have the proper weight for a few days. Package came, and I was pleasantly surprised that I had actually gotten what I ordered!
